欺凌行为不仅对于青少年的发展有重要意义,而且对于自身的社会功能和心理健康都至关重要。尽管过去对于欺凌行为的研究揭示了多方面变量的影响,如:同伴关系、父母依恋、个体情绪等,但很少有研究关注这些变量以何种路径影响到欺凌行为的。本研究以2545名太原市旅游职业学院大学生为被试,采用问卷调查法收集数据,对同伴欺凌和侵害、同伴关系以及情绪调节和表达之间的关系进行探讨,并探讨情绪表达以及情绪调节的调节效应。结果表明:(1)同伴欺凌与同伴关系、情绪表达、情绪调节呈现显著正相关;(2)情绪表达在同伴关系对同伴欺凌和侵害的影响过程中起显著调节作用;(3)情绪调节认知重评策略在同伴关系对同伴欺凌和侵害行为影响路径中起调节作用。研究结果证实了同伴关系对同伴欺凌和侵害行为的负向预测作用以及情绪表达和情绪调节的调节作用,为减少青少年的欺凌行为提供了参考。
外文摘要:
Bullying is important not only for adolescent development, but also for social functioning and mental health. Although previous studies on bullying have revealed the influence of multiple variables, such as peer relationship, parental attachment, and individual emotion, few studies have focused on the ways in which these variables influence bullying behavior. In this study, 2545 college students in Taiyuan Tourism Vocational College were selected as subjects. The data were collected by questionnaire. The relationship between peer bullying and victimization, peer relationship, emotion regulation and expression was explored, and the regulation effect of emotion expression and emotion regulation was also explored. The results showed that :(1) Peer bullying was positively correlated with peer relationship, emotional expression, and emotional regulation; (2) Emotional expression plays a significant moderating role in the influence of peer relationship on peer bullying and victimization; (3) The cognitive reappraisal strategy of emotion regulation played a moderating role in the influence path of peer relationship on peer bullying and victimization. The results of this study confirmed the negative predictive effect of peer relationship on peer bullying and victimization, as well as the moderating effect of emotional expression and emotion regulation, and provided a reference for reducing adolescent bullying behavior.
