随着绿色经济这个词越来越流行，人们环保意识的逐渐增强，世界经济也朝着保护环境、维护生态资源的方向发展。绿色壁垒随之产生，给我国的农产品进出口贸易带来了重大影响，这既是机遇也是挑战，本文通过定性研究，探讨了绿色壁垒的成因、特征以及给我国农产品出口带来的正面与负面影响，并且从农产品质量、政府宏观调控方面提出相关政策建议。

With green economy gaining popularity, with a gradual increase in people's awareness of environmental protection, the world economy develops towards the protection of environment and ecological resources, which bring Green Barrier to existence. The Green Barrier has great influence on China's import and export trade of agricultural products, which are both an opportunity and a challenge. By qualitative study, author analyzes the causes, characters and the positive and negative effects of the green barrier to China's exports of agricultural products. In the end, the government's policy recommendations are also given.
