随着科学技术的快速发展，乌尔里希·贝克所描绘的风险社会逐步成为现实，媒介技术渗透到社会的各个角落，使风险呈现高度媒介化的特征。在身份识别领域，个人生物识别信息成为大数据时代公民全新的数字身份，在带来便利的同时，也存在很多潜在的风险。本研究通过量化研究和质化研究相结合的方式，探究用户对于个人生物识别信息的风险感知水平，以及目前的认知情况和使用情况。针对研究调查发现的问题，互联网平台作为收集处理信息的主体，需要承担起相应的社会责任，完善明确信息使用的规则和边界，保障用户的知情权，构建合理的知情同意模式。同时公主体和私主体应当对收集处理信息的行为加强监管，共同参与互联网个人信息治理。

With the quick evolution of technology, the risk society described by Ulrich Beck has gradually come true. Media technology has impact on every aspect of the society, making risks highly mediated. In the field of identity identification, personal biometric information has become the brand new digital identity of citizens in the era of big data, which brings convenience but also possesses many potential risks. Through the integration of quantitative research and qualitative research, this study explores the users' risk perception level of personal biometric information, as well as the current cognition and use situation. According to the results of the research, as the main body of information collecting and processing, the Internet platform should assume corresponding social responsibilities, improve the rules and boundaries of the use of information, protect users' right to know, and build the reasonable consent pattern. At the same time, public entities and private entities shall strengthen supervision of the collecting and handling of information, and jointly participate in the governance of Internet personal information.
