随着现代社会网络的日益发展，网络上的舆论也到了不可忽视的程度。我们周边触手可及的各种媒体或生活本身被电脑、WWW、网络等围绕，这些成为了我们工作或生活中必须的道具。网络摆脱了印刷物的缺陷，成为了大众话信息及文化项目必须的道具。网站数量也是成倍的增长，健全有用的信息网站数量增加了，同时暴力性、煽情性网站数量也是成倍的增长。 网络上用户可以直接参与到虚拟世界之中进行学习因此可起到更强效的媒体效果。网络的特性上通过电脑用户之间可以产生相互作用取得双向信息，在暴力性、煽情性媒体上用户直接可以直接通过行动参与其中，因此有可能不自居的将现实与虚拟世界混淆。但是大部分用户不仅不能认识到这种问题，社会科学学者们也是对此与其它媒体对比的理论不明确。在韩国也没有形成的有效研究成果。 　　还有与现今社会性影响力相比，相对历史较短、大众化媒体效果与影响相关未成形。因此在网络中可接触的煽情性色情物等比其它媒体更加泛滥。即使这样对内容有效地体系化信息审查检阅规定还未能形成。

These days, as the Internet has been improving, we cannot estimate the power of the Internet’s public opinion. Every media outlet and even our lives can be associated with the online articles, so they become one of the most important sources for our job and lives. Also, those sources can become cultural items and public information that outperform print journalism items. The number of internet sites has been increasing exponentially. As the number of web sites increases, the more bad web sites that are suggestive and violent are being made more and more, too. Since users can be more active in the cyber world when they study with using the Internet, they can affected by the media. When they use the internet, they can get information by interacting between a computer and other users. It makes all the users participate in the violent media directly, so they can be confused between the real life and the cyber world subconsciously. However, most users can’t realize this effect, and even social scientists don’t know how to figure it out comparing to other media. In this country, there is no advanced research. Since the research about media power and its effects has not been studied well, in spite of the serious effects of online pornography, there is no content regulation on peer-reviewed materials. 　　In these internet problems, I would like to write about the characteristics and disadvantages of online public opinion. Also, I want to know about the disadvantages of anonymity, and suggest that a regulatory mandate of using real names on the Internet be instituted. The purpose of this paper is to agree with the opinion which supports anonymity on the internet.
