生涯探索对于个体生涯发展具有重要的意义,高中生正处在生涯发展的探索期,其对自身生涯做了哪些探索,探索的深度与广度如何影响着之后进入大学后的学校适应,其在高中阶段的生涯探索也为之后的生涯探索奠定着基础。本研究采用质性研究的方法,对11名高中及高中毕业生针对其高中阶段的生涯探索进行了半结构化的深度访谈,对质性资料采用主题分析与情境分析的方法进行分析,对于高中阶段生涯探索的结构,高中阶段生涯探索发展历程,家庭及学校对个体在高中阶段生涯探索的影响等进行了分析与探讨。结果如下:(1)高中生生涯探索的结构包括:自我探索、环境探索、自我-环境匹配探索,探索手段——咨询他人、观察他人、通过媒介了解,探索时的情感反应——肯定积极感、开放积极感、亲子冲突消极感、能力不足消极感。(2)高中生生涯探索的特点:自我探索与环境探索的不平衡;自我探索内部因素之间的不平衡;环境探索有明显的任务触发模式;高考志愿填报情境下自我-环境匹配增多。(3)高中生生涯探索的类型:依据生涯目标确定/开放,探索行为多/少两个维度,将生涯探索分为笃行型(生涯目标确定,探索行为多);积极不确定型(生涯目标开放,探索行为多);幻想型、依从型(生涯目标确定,探索行为少);混沌型、迷茫型(生涯目标开放,探索行为少)。(4)高中阶段个体生涯探索历程:高中阶段生涯探索是从幻想期进入破除幻想的不确定期再到确定目标的阶段性确定期的过程。(5)父母影响个体高中阶段生涯探索的方式主要有:提供资源、输送生涯观念、协助/主导生涯决策、提供生涯榜样。父母生涯价值观与个体一致与否,父母的家庭教养方式均会影响到个体在高中阶段的生涯探索。(6)学校影响高中生生涯探索的主要方式有:生涯教育、教师影响、同伴影响、学校氛围影响。
外文摘要:
Career exploration for individual career development has the vital significance. During high school years individuals is in the exploration stage of career development, what aspects of exploration they did, the depth and breadth of their exploration will influence their school adjustment after they enter the university. Career exploration in high school will lay the foundation for later career development.This research use qualitative research method, interviewed 11 students to discuss the structure of career exploration during high school years, the influence of family and school in career exploration. The result showed below.(1)The structure of career exploration during high school years include self exploration, environment exploration, self-environment matching exploration, exploration methods : consulting, observing other people, learning through media, exploration emotion: approved positive sense, open positive sense, parent-child conflicts negative feeling, ability insufficient negative feeling.(2)The specialties of high school students’ career exploration are: the unbalancedness between self exploration and environment exploration, the unbalancedness among internal factors of self exploration, environment exploration has obvious task trigger model, there are significant differences between high school students and high school graduates in self-environment matching exploration, there are positive emotion and negative emotion in exploration emotion.(3)Depending on career goal confer/open, exploration activities more/less, there are 6 types of career exploration during high school years.(4)High school individual career exploration is from fantasy phase to uncertainty phase to determine phase.(5)The ways that parents influence individuals career exploration during high school years are: providing resources, teaching career opinions, helping/dominating career decision, giving career example. The consistency in career values between parents and individual, parental patterns will affect the career exploration during high school years.(6)The ways that school influence individuals career exploration during high school years are: career education, influence of teachers, influence of schoolmates, the atmosphere of the school.
