随着中国社会经济发展和居民生活水平的逐步提升,居民的消费需求也在逐步提高,大宗产品的日常消费已逐步成为了许多家庭消费的重要组成部分。为提升居民消费需求与之匹配的消费能力,各商业银行不断创新金融产品,为居民提供更全面的金融服务,缓解消费提升带来的资金压力。其中具有代表性的汽车消费金融市场占比份额不断提升,随之而来带动了中国汽车消费市场的发展壮大,仅2017年中国汽车消费市场个人乘用车销售就已达到2,471.9万辆,并已成为中国三大消费金融市场之一。 汽车消费金融市场发展之初,主要依赖银行的个人消费贷款业务和汽车品牌商、汽车经销商提供的行业金融产品服务。个人消费贷款,主要依靠银行认可的的财产抵押、质押、第三方担保等方式作为信贷依据,流程繁琐且利率受国家宏观调整浮动变化较大。汽车企业提供的金融产品服务,往往又与汽车销售的全年计划相匹配,无法满足绝大部分消费者的实际购车需求。这时一种无需提供抵押资产,凭借个人信用评分,支付定额手续费,且定价低、额度大、期数长、流程简的新兴个人汽车信贷融资模式逐渐成熟,这就是信用卡汽车分期付款业务。这项业务很快就受到各商业银行和大量汽车消费者的关注,并逐步成为了各商业银行信用卡中间业务收入的新增长点,业务发展迅猛,市场竞争日益激烈。 随着信用卡汽车分期业务的快速发展,在大额产品消费交易中占据的比重越来越大,消费者在办理信用卡汽车分期业务后的风险案件也日渐增多,商业银行面临的资产风险也在与日俱增,加强风险识别和防范的需求日益强烈。 本文将首先针对信用卡汽车分期业务市场发展现状、风险表现及其带来的危机进行分析,并通过分析国内和国外关于信用卡汽车分期业务风险研究的现状成果,对比了解国内与国外对于信用卡汽车分期业务风险防范的手段及差异,然后,通过以中国民生银行信用卡汽车分期业务为例,具体分析其业务的发展、现状、产品、流程和其中存在的潜在风险,以此为鉴提出完善信用卡汽车分期业务风险相关的防控手段,推动信用卡汽车分期业务健康高效的发展,为中国信用卡汽车分期业务的良性发展贡献可参考的研究依据。

As China's socio-economic development and residents' living standards have gradually increased, residents' consumer demand is gradually increasing. The daily consumption of bulk products has gradually become an important part of many household consumption. In order to enhance the consumption ability of the residents' consumer demand, various commercial banks continue to innovate financial products, provide residents with more comprehensive financial services, and ease the financial pressure brought by consumption promotion. The representative share of the automotive consumer financial market continues to increase, which has led to the growth of China’s auto consumption market. In 2017 alone, the sales of personal passenger vehicles in China’s auto consumption market have reached 24,719,000 units. It has become one of the three major consumer finance markets in China. At the beginning of the development of the automotive consumer finance market, it mainly relied on the bank's personal consumer loan business, and the automotive financial brand products and automobile dealers to provide industrial financial products and services. Personal consumer loans mainly rely on bank-authorized property mortgages, pledges, and third-party guarantees as a basis for credit. The procedures are cumbersome and the interest rate is subject to major fluctuations in the macro adjustment of the country. The financial products and services provided by auto companies are often matched with the full-year plans for car sales, and they cannot meet the actual needs of most consumers. At this time, a type of credit financing for emerging personal cars without mature mortgage assets, with personal credit scores, and fixed commissions, and with low prices, large amounts, long periods, and simplified processes, has gradually matured. This is the credit card auto installment payment business. This business soon attracted the attention of various commercial banks and a large number of automotive consumers, and gradually became a new growth point for the credit card intermediary business income of various commercial banks. The business has developed rapidly and the market competition has become increasingly fierce. With the rapid development of credit card car instalment business, the proportion of large-sum products in consumer transactions is increasing. Consumers are increasingly facing risk cases after applying for credit card car instalment business. The risk of commercial banks is also increasing. The need to strengthen risk identification and prevention is growing. This paper will first analyze the development status, risk performance and crisis of credit card automobile staging business market, and analyze the domestic and foreign research results of credit card automobile staging business risk research, and compare domestic and foreign credit card automobile staging business. The means and differences of risk prevention, and then, based on the credit card automobile phased business of CMBC, analyze the development, current situation, products, processes and potential risks of the business, and propose a perfect credit card automobile staging business. Risk-related prevention and control measures promote the healthy and efficient development of credit card automobile staging business, and contribute to the research basis for the benign development of credit card automobile staging business in China.
