非营利组织向社会企业转型是非营利部门的一个重要的发展趋势,社会企业的产生和非营利组织有着密切的关联。非营利组织的发展愈发受到环境变迁的影响,面临着各项资源匮乏的危机,为延续组织生命,社会企业化转型便成为非营利组织转型的基本模式之一。 社会企业被广泛认知为是不仅有别与政府、企业,而且是有别于通常意义上的非营利组织的创新型社会组织,它实际兴起于20世纪90年代。 “张华绿色家园”残疾人自强墩布厂可被视为国内第一批萌生于民间的残障社会企业,并非由以残联为代表的政府或企业牵头建立的,非官方的,由民间兴起的社会企业。自强墩布厂作为非营利组织(NPO)社会企业化一个案例,在转型时由于缺乏有效的内部管理机制,生产技术落后,效率低下,产品难以在市场经济竞争中取得优势,只能依靠定点采购的方式获取生存。在面临上述组织管理困境,自强墩布厂又开始进行第二次转型。本文借用CORPS模型,分析自强墩布厂所出现的问题。 其中,自强墩布厂与华北油田形成了良性的互动关系。本研究着重于转型领域的个案研究,它的经验在残障领域的企业社会责任方面可以被其它国有大型油田借鉴,同时也可为中国中小城市残障社会企业提供范例。
外文摘要:
The transition of non-profit organization (NPO) to social enterprise (SE) is an important trend of the non-profit sector, which consequently links the emergence of SE closely with NPO. The development of non-profit organizations is significantly affected by environmental changes and the crisis of limited resource. For the financial and organizational continuation, the reformation into SE has become one of the basic models of the management of NPO. SE is not only regarded as non-governmental and non-commercial, but also an innovative social organization apart from the usual sense of NPO. Such organizational format began its popularity in the nineteen nineties. “Zhang Hua Green Home” mop manufacturing plantation specializing on job opportunities for the disabled, can be considered as one of the first domestic SE rooted from the civil society, which does not have any background of either the CDPF or commercial business. As an example, the lack of efficient management, outdated manufacturing technology and low productivity, it faces typical issues in the period of transition the on sales and marketing which hinders the corporate competitiveness. The SE can only rely on several administratively designated clients. Facing those managerial difficulties, the SE has started a further transition. In this thesis, it would exploit the CORPS model to analyze the example. Furthermore, with the positive connection between the Zhang Hua Green Home and the Huabei oil field, this study can be generalized by other large state-owned oil fields in terms of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the disabled. Meanwhile, it also provides reference for the SE development in small and medium cities of China.
