拉班理论是用于体现和描述运动的理论框架和语言。在宏观层面概括了人体运动方式,通过动作的定量与对情感的定性连接,为动作提供了分析和整合的方法,有助于探索运动的具身感受和理论探讨。在该理论框架中“Body、Effort、Shape、Space、Phrasing”各元素间具有特性,同时他们又有二元统一的亲缘性联系,作用于动作与运动。

“空间和谐”动作理论最早源于拉班1938年出版著作《Choreutics》,在其中,他借助几何系统、人体解剖学、身心学等多方面方法支持,探索人体动作与空间的关系,描述动作的路径轨迹和空间意图,体验动作韵律,感受运动和谐。它有效的阐释人体运动的空间结构与动作的动力内容之间的关系,为我们分析运动轨迹与动作偏好,达到动作整合与身心和谐,提供分析工具。

本文以拉班“空间和谐”动作理论为研究对象,以理论体系内的方法概念为基础,分析概念、应用概念。根据笔者在硕士研究生阶段所进行的课堂教学,阐述将拉班“空间和谐”思想应用于动作教育课程之中的实验性与有效性,培养学生对动作的观察与辨别能力、了解动作经验背后的情感逻辑分析、挖掘学生动作表现的潜力,从身体训练到身心连接,最终达到动作整合的目的。本文共分四章,第一章阐明拉班“空间和谐”思想产生缘起,基于记录、分析与表现动作与运动的需要,拉班本人的早期实践及理论积淀对该理论产生与发展的影响因素;第二章梳理“空间和谐”思想概念内的方法论,解释其和谐性以及应用的重要性;第三章基于以上理论基础,实验性探索拉班“空间和谐”动作理论在动作教育课堂中的方法与实际意义,运用拉班“空间和谐”理论方法应用于国内动作教育实践,根据其不同面向划分出三个主题不同但相互联系的教学应用;第四章阐述拉班“空间和谐”动作理论应用与发展间存在问题及价值展望。

Laban motion analysis theory is a theoretical framework and language used to embody and describe motion. Through the quantitative and qualitative connection of motion, it provides the method of analysis and integration of motion, which is helpful to explore the concrete feeling and theoretical discussion of motion. In the framework of Laban Movement analysis theory, the elements Body, Effort, Shape, Space, Phrasingt,have their own characteristics, and they also have the close relationship of dualistic unity, create infinite relationships in a particular context in a unique and ever-changing way, acting on actions and movements.

Choreutics originated from Laban Choreutics, in which he explored the relationship between human motion and space with the support of geometric system, Plato Crystal and Human Anatomy, body and mind, etc. the symbolic system, which describes the path and spatial intention of the action and attempts to locate the action and motion in the direction of the crystal scale, is used in the Laban movement spectrum and other elements in the system. It effectively explains the relationship between the spatial structure of human motion and the dynamic content of motion, and provides an effective analysis tool for us to further analyze the motion trajectory and motion preference, and to achieve the goal of motion integration and synthesis.

In this paper, Choreutics as the research object, according to the author teaching in the masters degree, expound the experimental and effective application of Laban Choreutics; in the course of action education, to cultivate the students ability of observation and discrimination. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter explains the origin of Laban Choreutics;the second chapter combs the methodology in the concept of Choreutics and uses examples of action to explain, analyze and observe action ;the third chapter explores experimentally the method and practical significance of Laban Choreutics; movement theory in the movement education classroom, and applies Laban theory to the domestic movement education practice, the Fourth Chapter Discusses The problems and Value Outlook of the application and development of Choreutics action theory.
