本文对黑格尔《精神现象学》中“回忆”（Erinnerung）概念的阐释分为三个部分：首先，基于“力与知性，现象与超感性世界”章节阐释实体性的“外化-内化”活动的内涵与结构；其次，基于“主奴辩证法”章节阐释主体性的“外化-内化”活动的内涵与结构；最后，基于“绝对知识”章节阐释作为完成了的内在化运动的“回忆”概念，并对《精神现象学》的理论动机做进一步说明。

This paper is to explain Hegel’s concept of ErinnerunginPhenomenology of Spiritinthreeparts.Explain the meaning and structure of “Entäußerung-Erinnerung” as a substantive movement, based on the chapter“force and the understanding; appearance and the supersensible world” at first. Secondly, to explain the meaing and structure of “Entäußerung-Erinnerung” as a subjective movement, based on the chapter “mastery and servitude”. Finally, to explain Erinnerung as a completed movement of “sich erinnern” for further explaining Hegel’s philosophy system, based on the chapter“absolute knowledge”.
