当下网校的在线教学主要是利用“录播课”、资源推送等方式向学生推送学习资源,学习者与“录播课”之间没有任何交互。有些网校推出了网络直播课堂——“面授课”的远程教学服务,但是由于学员人数较多、教师讲授的内容固定,课上并没有发生有效交互,“面授课”与“录播课”基本相同。反观传统学校,翻转课堂逐渐成为关注和研究的焦点。于是提出疑问:是否可以将翻转课堂的形式应用到在线教学中,以提高教学效率和学习效果? 本研究以这一问题为出发点,提出了“基于全网络空间的翻转课堂教学模式”—— FLIP2CSTM翻转课堂教学模式,即“Flexible Learning Environments,Learning and Teaching Culture,Intentional Content,Professional Educators,Periodical Network Learning Activities,Cooperative and Effective Learning Experiences,and Seamless Learning Platforms”,比已有的翻转课堂多出3大部分的内容——阶段式学习活动、协作学习的经验、无缝化学习平台。研究收集了学生学习的过程行数据,如学生在讨论空间中发表的帖子、参与讨论的记录、课堂表现等过程性数据。研究结果表明,FLIP2CSTM模式具有良好的教学效果,调查问卷和访谈记录显示,与以前的网校授课模式相比,学生更喜欢FLIP2CSTM模式的课堂,而且学生的自我努力随着课堂参与次数的增长逐渐提高,这表明,学生利用网络开展的自主学习更加主动、参加网校课程的态度更加积极。研究得出,利用FLIP2CSTM在线翻转课堂教学模式开展网校教学,比传统的网校教学具有以下优点:(1)重新定义了网络学习平台的功能和作用,强调了技术在支持学生学习中的作用;(2)增加了教师与学生之间、学生与学生之间的互动;(3)支持学生协作学习,提高学生问题解决能力和信息加工处理能力;(4)提高学生之间的社交粘度,减少辍学率;(5)弥补以往远程学习中教师无法准确掌握学生情况的问题;(6)产生了更加丰富的学习活动。FLIP2CSTM教学模式适用于基于全网络空间的翻转课堂,整个课堂在网络空间中完成,可供现有的网校、电大、在线教育公司等远程教育机构参考借鉴。

Now online teaching teaches students by offerring the "Taped lesson" and learning resources to students. Ther is no interaction between students and all the resources. Some online educational institutions launched a webcast classroom - "Face to face online lectures". But there are also lots of problems, such as large number of students makes the teaching content fixed and has no effective interactions in classes. So "Face to face online lectures" and "Taped lesson" are basically same. At the same time, flipped classroom has become more and more popular in K-12 education. We counlt’t help asking a question: Whether the flipped classroom can be applied to online coreses in order to improve the teaching efficiency and learning outcomes?Taking into account this issue, I build a FLIP2CS online flipped classroom teaching model in this study. This model includes 7 pillar which are Flexible Learning Environments,Learning and Teaching Culture,Intentional Content,Professional Educators,Periodical Network Learning Activities,Cooperative and Effective Learning Experiences,and Seamless Learning Platforms. Compared to the traditional flipped classroom, there are three pillars more than the original FLIP Model: Periodical Network Learning Activities,Cooperative and Effective Learning Experiences,and Seamless Learning Platforms. I have collected all of students’ learning process on platform, such us their discussion records, classroom performance and other process data. I find that FLIP2CS online flipped classroom teaching model can produce good learning results. Almost all of the students think that this learning form is better than the traditional learning and teaching form, and students’ attitude of self-learning on the Internet is more positive and active. They want to participate all of the online courses.Finally, I find that FLIP2CS oline flipped classroom teaching model has more advantages than the original FLIP Teaching Model: (1) Redefined the function and role of online learning platform, and emphasized the role of technology in supporting students’ learning; (2) Increasing the interactions between teachers-students and students-students; (3) Supporting students’ collaborative learning, and improving their problem-solving capacity and information processing capacity; (4) Improving social viscosity between students, and reducing the Dropout Rate; (5) Making up the disadvanages of the past online teaching, teachers can accurately grasp the situation of students and analysis the problem during distance learning; (6) Producing a richer learning activities. FLIP2CS Online Teaching Model is more suitable and effective for the online education companies, and can be a reference for distance education institutions.
