在全面建设小康社会和加快推进社会主义现代化的伟大事业中，在中华民族走向伟大复兴的今天，高等职业教育具有不可替代的基础性作用和战略性地位。如何培养出受企业欢迎的、具有良好职业道德的学生是我们每一位职业教育者需要考虑和解决的现实问题。 本文主要运用文献分析法、问卷调查法、理论与实践相结合法等，从多角度对高职院校的职业道德教育进行了较为全面和系统的考察。首先探讨了职业道德和职业道德教育的概念，阐述了高职院校加强职业道德教育的重要意义，即为高职生职业生涯奠定基础、促进高等职业教育持续发展、培养社会主义现代化建设合格的建设者与接班人、在构建社会主义和谐社会中发挥着重要作用。其次，选取湖南铁道职业技术学院在校学生为调查对象，收集第一手资料，分析高职院校职业道德教育存在的问题及缘由。最后，就如何加强和改进高职生职业道德教育，笔者认为主要有四方面：一是确立职业道德教育新理念；二是加强师资队伍建设，做好职业道德示范；三是多途径加强职业道德教育；四是深化校企合作，构建职业道德教育新模式。

Higher vocational education plays an incredible foundational role in the processes of establishing an all well-to-do society, speeding up the modernization of socialist, and finally making the Chinese nation prospective. How raises is welcome the enterprise，to have the good occupational ethics student is the realistic question which our each professional pedagogue needs to consider and to solve.In this paper, mainly by using literature analysis, questionnaire method, the theory and practice of combination, from the angles of higher vocational college professional ethics education makes a comprehensive and systematic investigation. First discusses ethical and professional ethics education concept, Expounds vocational moral education in higher vocational colleges to strengthen the important meaning of laying the foundation for students career of higher vocational education, and promote sustainable development, cultivating socialist modernization qualified builders and successors, in building a harmonious socialist society plays an important role.Secondly, selecting hunan railway professional technology college’students as the investigation object, collect first-hand information, professional morality education in higher vocational colleges analyzed the existing problems and reasons.Finally, how to strengthen and improve students in higher vocational colleges, the author thinks that professional morality education there are four main aspects: one is to establish vocational moral education new ideas; Two is to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, completes the professional ethics demonstration; Third way to strengthen vocational moral education; Four is deepening the school-enterprise cooperation, build new model.
