随着现代社会各种压力的增大，大学生负面情绪事件呈现出井喷式爆发，而焦虑正是其中最为广泛和普遍的负面情绪之一 。若不及时对大学生焦虑情绪进行关注和有效疏导，必然导致情绪问题愈加严重，影响身心健康。以往的研究显示，大学生成就动机与焦虑情绪密切相关，而时间管理倾向是影响焦虑情绪另一重要因素。 通过对183名大学生的成就动机、时间管理倾向和焦虑进行测试，探讨大学生成就动机与焦虑的关系及时间管理倾向对其关系的影响。结果表明：成就动机与焦虑显著负相关，其中害怕失败的动机与焦虑显著正相关；时间效能感与焦虑显著负相关。此外，成就动机对焦虑有显著的负向预测作用；时间管理倾向中时间效能感对焦虑有显著的负向预测作用，时间监控观对焦虑有显著的正向预测作用。最后，大学生成就动机和焦虑之间的关系受到时间管理倾向的调节。

Along with all kinds of pressure rising, college students' negative emotions events as a blowout outbreak. And anxiety is one of the most widely common negative emotions, If we don’t pay attention to in time and right guidance ,it may be lead to emotional problems increasingly serious, or affect the physical and mental health. Previous research showing that achievement motivation is closely related to the college students' anxiety, and time management disposition is another important factor affecting anxiety. Based on 183 college students of achievement motivation, time management disposition and anxiety test, discusses mutual relationship of achievement motivation ,time management disposition and anxiety. The main results show that the achievement motivation is significantly and negatively correlated to anxiety, the motivation of fear of failure significantly and positively related to anxiety; The sense of time self-efficacy is significantly and negatively correlated to anxiety. In addition, the time management tendency of self-efficacy has significant negative prediction on anxiety, time monitoring has significant positive prediction on anxiety; Achievement motivation has significant negative prediction function on anxiety, the pursuit of success and avoid failure has significant negative prediction on anxiety. Finally, time management disposition moderated the relation between achievement motivation and anxiety .
