摘要 今年是北师大美术系建系100周年，值此百年之际，我们设计了这个论题，希望通过本选题的调研数据和结果分析能为我校的美术专业的建设提供一些有价值的资料。为此从2014年12月份开始我们进行了为期三个月的调研，采用了文献调查法、问卷调查法和访问法等，取得了较好的调研效果，形成了这份调研报告。本文分为绪论、美术专业大学生职业发展情况综述、北师大美术专业人才培养与职业发展情况概述、北师大美术系毕业生的职业发展调研设计、调研数据分析、毕业生职业发展调研情况整体分析、从毕业生职业发展情况分析与专业建设的关系、关于北师大美术专业学科建设和专业建设的建议等八个主要部分，由面到点、从点到面、点面结合；由表及里、表里结合地对北师大美术专业毕业生职业发展的历史、现状、未来进行了较全面地透视和分析，在结语部分进行了归纳和声明。
