合作学习由来已久，但直到近些年才被广泛应用于各种学科教学之中。在合作学习中，小组讨论是最经常采取的一种形式。但在中国，小组讨论的运用情况并不乐观。本论文以北京师范大学英语系的本科生为研究对象，分析小组讨论在英语教学中的使用频率、课堂上采用的分组方式、小组讨论对学生成绩和社会交往能力的影响以及小组讨论对教师的要求。 |

Cooperative Learning, with Group Discussion as its most important form, is widely used in various kinds of subjects, and it has been proved to be an effective way of teaching. However, the application of group discussion in China is not optimistic.This thesis investigates the frequency of group discussion in English teaching, the methods of grouping, the influence of Group Discussion on students’academic achievement as well as social skills,and its impacts on teachers’roles. |
