随着网络的不断普及和发展,我国网民的数量逐年剧增,而根据最新的网络调查统计报告,2007年我国新增网民7300万,年增长率达53.3%,新增网民构成中,又以18岁以下未成年人为最。这些未成年人的日常网络行为中,更新博客和个人空间占了很大比重。博客写作的低龄化也成为社会各界日益关注的焦点。小博主们通过博客自由的表达自己的想法、观点,博客为他们提供了充分行使权利的空间,但网络内容的良莠不齐,也会对世界观、价值观尚在形成过程中的孩子们造成一定负面影响。同时,在博客所营造的媒介环境,孩子们的思考方式、交流方式等也会发生相应的改变。如何更好扬利避害、孩子们如何更好的行使自己的权利?少儿博客现象需要、也值得做一番探讨。“话语空间”是本文为了更好的阐释研究对象而提出的一种说法,主要为了和“话语权”相区分。“话语空间”包含两个层面的意思:一方面是指人们表达自己观点的有形的物质的平台;另一方面是指人们表达权利的实现程度。结合少儿博客现象来说,少儿博客的话语空间就是指少儿开博的网站平台以及少儿博客的内容表达。之所以将研究主体定位在“少儿”,并不是源于明确的统计结果,而是对概率的把握。网络的匿名性和虚拟性让我们无法把握用户的真实身份,儿童发展阶段的模糊性也让我们无法提出一个十分准确的年龄段。“少儿”具备一定的网络使用能力和写作能力,而他们的身心发展也处于关键时期,因此对“少儿”写作博客的研究更为必要。本文的研究建立在对小学生和初中生的问卷调查及个人访谈、对网络文本的统计分析之上,主要从媒介环境学和社会学的角度对少儿博客现象进行分析。全文分为四个部分:第一章主要介绍少儿博客存在的平台、特点以及发展的现状。第二章从话语载体的层面对少儿博客现象进行分析,探讨新的媒介环境对少儿社会化的影响。第三章主要从少儿话语权力发展的角度分析少儿博客现象,少儿博客为少儿表达自己的想法提供了充分的空间,这是一种进步,但是很多孩子并没有认识到并有效地行使自己的权利。第四章主要探讨如何对少儿写作博客展开媒介素养教育,从而让少儿更好的利用自己的权利,让博客为少儿服务。 虽然不论是从少儿博客的载体上,还是博客写作的内容上,都有不完善之处,但不可否认,博客为众声喧哗开辟了一个相对安静和内在的环境,为每个人展示和表达自己提供了舞台。它喻示着媒体传播的个性化,是自我传播与人际传播在网络时代的体现。在技术的面前,人们应该更积极的去思考如何有效的利用,而不是遇到问题时的逃避。对于博客写作低龄化的问题,家长、教师、社会多方应正确对待:既要把博客当作发现问题及沟通的渠道,又要对少儿使用博客进行正确引导。

With the growing usage of network development and universal,the number of Internet users in China every year surge. According to the latest network report, China added 73 million Internet users last year, the annual growth rate of 53.3%. Add netizens, with a maxium 18-year-old minors. These minor acts of the day-to-day network, update blog and personal space for a large proportion. Blog writing the younger age have increasingly become the focus of attention of all sectors of the community.Little blogers through the blog to express their ideas, viewpoints, and blog to provide them with the full exercise of the rights of the space, but the content of the mixed network, but also the world, and values the children who do not complete a certain negative impact. At the same time, in the media environment created by blog, the children ways of thinking, communication methods will be corresponding changes. How to enlarge the benefit, avoiding harm, the children how to better exercise their rights ? Children's blog phenomenon needs and deserves to do a study."Discourse space" is the interpretation of this paper in order to better study by the way, in order to “voice” with distinction. "Discourse space" contains two levels of meaning: On the one hand, refers people to express their point of view of the visible material platform; on the other hand refers to the realization of the right people to express degree. To the phenomenon of children's blog, the blog of children's discourse is that children's open space platform and the content of children's blog.Research for positioning in the "Children" is not clear from the results, but the probability of grasp. The anonymity of the Internet and virtual so that we can not grasp the true identity of users, child development stage of the fuzzy let us not have a very accurate age.
