STEM education is an emerging and popular educational concept that emphasizes interdisciplinary learning and research on learning processes. With the reform of the new curriculum, mathematical modeling has also been incorporated into high school mathematics curriculum standards and textbooks, making it one of the core competencies in mathematics learning. In the field of high school mathematics education, it is of great significance to attempt to integrate STEM concepts with mathematical modeling. In order to promote students' more effective participation in mathematical modeling activity courses, this article takes high school mathematics modeling activity teaching and STEM education as the starting point. Based on the characteristics of high school mathematics modeling activity teaching, this article conducts teaching research on high school mathematics modeling activities, exploring the possibility of better cultivating students' core literacy in mathematical modeling. |
