本研究旨在探讨新闻框架理论背景下，中国和韩国媒体在报道日本排放核废水问题上的差异化表现。通过对比分析中国《环球时报》与韩国《朝鲜日报》的相关报道，本文揭示了两国媒体在报道同一国际事件时所采用的不同框架，并分析了这些差异背后可能的成因，包括社会历史背景、政治因素、文化差异及媒体制度与价值取向等。同时，文中进一步讨论了媒体报道框架对于塑造公众舆论、影响国际关系及其在区域合作与争议中所扮演的角色。最后，研究提出了加强中韩媒体间的沟通交流、倡导新闻报道的中立性和客观性、增强公众的媒体批判意识以及促进地区国家在处理核废水问题上的合作等政策建议。

This study aims to explore the differential performance of Chinese and Korean media in reporting on Japan’s discharge of nuclear wastewater under the background of news framing theory. By comparing and analyzing relevant reports from China's Global Times and South Korea's Chosun Ilbo, this article reveals the different frames used by the two media when reporting the same international event, and analyzes the possible causes behind these differences, including the socio-historical background , political factors, cultural differences, media systems and value orientations, etc. At the same time, the article further discusses the role that media reporting framework plays in shaping public opinion, influencing international relations, and playing a role in regional cooperation and disputes. Finally, the study puts forward policy recommendations such as strengthening communication between Chinese and Korean media, advocating the neutrality and objectivity of news reports, enhancing the public's critical awareness of media, and promoting cooperation between regional countries on the issue of nuclear wastewater treatment.
