从2007年课改至今，我国目前有五个版本的数学教材在各省使用，使用人教A版和北师大版教材的省份占绝大多数。本文主要针对人教A版与北师大版的数学Ⅲ中概率部分内容的内容编排与核心内容两方面来进行比较研究，分析两者在“概率”部分内容的差异。 为了更好地表达出两个版本教材的优异，在研究分析过程中查阅了相关文献，了解两个版本教材的教学目标与背景；通过对教材重要内容进行画图和制作表格对比分析，突出了两者的差别与优异。研究结果表明两个版本教材的主要内容差别不大，只是内容编排顺序顺序不太一样；知识的侧重点差别很大，人教A版侧重突出高考的考点，每个知识点在课本上都非常显眼，而北师大版则更加注重对知识点的推理与应用。 本人希望通过研究对比这两本教材概率部分内容的差异，为中学生如何选择教材以及后人研究学习提供一些参考价值。
