2,4,5-三氯苯氧乙酸(2,4,5-T)是一类重要的苯氧羧酸类除草剂,同时也是环境内分泌干扰物的一种。环境中的2,4,5-T严重危害动物和人类健康。本论文采用60Co-γ辐照法降解2,4,5-T水溶液,以高效液相色谱和紫外分光光度法作为检测技术,分别讨论了吸收剂量、溶液初始浓度、溶液pH值、辐照气氛对2,4,5-T水溶液降解效果的影响,实验结果表明,γ辐射技术能非常有效地降解2,4,5-T。

2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5-T) was not only one of chlorophenoxy herbicide, but also a kind of environmental endocrine disruptors(EDCs). 2,4,5-T residued in the environment seriously endangered the health of animals and humans. In the thesis, the degradation of 2,4,5-T aqueous solution by 60Co-γ irradiation was studied. The effect of absorbed dose, the pH and the initial concentration of 2,4,5-T solution, and radiation aura to the degree of degradation was respectively investigated, using HPLC and UV-Vis as the detection technology. The results showed that 60Co-γ irradiation could effectively degradate 2,4,5-T.
