新业态群体作为社会高质量发展的新型力量,在社会从业人数中占比越来越大,女性滴滴司机作为在男性主导场域中的新业态女性工作者,其女性性别气质对于工作的融入、社会的认可程度、收入情况,以及在职场中受到的特殊性别对待,都会产生独特的影响。本文的写作是为了,了解女性滴滴司机在男性主导的职业场域中和家庭领域中的性别体验、性别观念和性别展演,在此基础上考察两个场域中的性别经验之间的关联。同时,本研究还希望通过整理滴滴女司机的劳动策略和家庭中的实践策略,形成相关的实践经验,从而使更多的工作在男性主导职业下的女性可以掌握更适配的工作家庭应对策略,最终使男女两性均受益,推动我国性别平等的实践进程。 本研究的研究问题为,女性滴滴司机为什么选择这份职业?女性滴滴司机两个场域内具体的性别观念、性别体验、性别展演是什么?家庭领域如何形塑职场领域的性别观念,职场领域中的性别经验是如何重塑甚至是改变家庭领域中的性别经验、态度以及展演?两个领域之间性别实践和观念如何相互形塑?以及社会工作可以针对女性滴滴司机展开何种介入的策略?本研究采用质性研究方法,具体通过对山东省济宁市某街道辖区滴滴司机驿站内的女性滴滴司机为研究对象,共选取12名滴滴女性司机和一名站点负责人,研究具有如下发现: 女性滴滴司机家庭场域的传统观念,分为"具有平等的女性价值观"和"不具备平等的性别价值观"两种,不论是女性滴滴司机的原生家庭,还是其结婚后形成的核心家庭,对于女性滴滴司机自身的家庭场域的性别观念都是有所塑造的。这为女性在形成工作场域内的性别观念,以及相对应做出的性别展演提供了依据。 女性滴滴司机在职场中的性别体验对于家庭性别展演的重塑更多在于对于家庭角色的认知从家庭中的贤妻良母角色转变成为家庭支柱之一的角色。虽然很多女性滴滴司机在意识上或许依然认可自身的"贤妻良母"形象,即使并不认可,在生活中也在潜移默化地扮演"贤妻良母"角色,但不可否认的是,女性滴滴司机的这份职业和女性滴滴司机在职业实践中的经历和经验,都在重塑其家庭内的性别展演。 本文希望通过整理滴滴女司机的劳动策略和家庭中的实践策略,形成相关的实践经验。从而使更多的工作在男性主导职业下的女性可以掌握更适配的工作家庭应对策略,最终使男女两性均受益,推动我国性别平等的实践进程。 |

As a new participatory force for high-quality social development, new business groups account for an increasing proportion of the number of social employees. As a new business female worker in a male-dominated field, female Didi drivers' biological gender temperament will have a unique impact on their work integration, social recognition, income, and special gender treatment in the workplace. The purpose of this paper is to understand the gender experience, gender concept and gender performance of female Didi drivers in the male-dominated professional field and family field, and to investigate the relationship between the gender experience in the two fields on this basis. At the same time, this study also hopes to organize the labor strategies and family practice strategies of female drivers in Didi to form relevant practical experience, so that more women working in male-dominated occupations can master more suitable work-family coping strategies, and ultimately benefit both sexes and promote the practice process of gender equality in China. The research question of this study is: Why do female Didi drivers choose this job? What are the specific gender concepts, gender experiences and gender performances of female Didi drivers in the two fields? How does the family field shape the gender concept in the workplace, and how does the gender experience in the workplace reshape or even change the gender experience, attitude and performance in the family field? How gender practices and perceptions shape each other between the two fields? And what kind of intervention strategies can social work adopt for female Didi drivers?The qualitative research method was adopted in this study. Specifically, 12 female Didi drivers and a site leader were selected from the Didi drivers' post station in a sub-district of Jining City, Shandong Province. The findings are as follows: First, the traditional concept of female Didi drivers' family field is divided into two types: "with equal female values" and "without equal gender values". Whether it is the female Didi drivers' native family or the nuclear family formed after marriage, the gender concept of female Didi drivers' family field has been shaped. This provides a basis for women to form the gender concept in the workplace and the corresponding gender performance. Second, the gender experience of female Didi drivers in the workplace has reshaped the family gender performance more because their cognition of family roles has changed from the role of a good wife and mother to one of the pillars of the family. Although many female Didi drivers may still recognize their own "good wife and good mother" image in consciousness, even if they do not recognize, they are also subtly playing the role of "good wife and good mother" in life, but it is undeniable that the career of female Didi drivers and the experience and experience of female Didi drivers in professional practice are reshaping the gender exhibition in their families. This paper hopes to form relevant practical experience by sorting out the labor strategy and family practice strategy of female drivers in Didi. Thus, more women working in male-dominated occupations can master more suitable work-family coping strategies, which will ultimately benefit both men and women and promote the practice process of gender equality in China. |
