在我国课程改革与素质教育大力发展背景下,中央国务院发布的《关于全面加强和改进新时代学习体育工作的意见》与教育部颁布的《义务教育体育与健康课程标准》都明确规定学校要自主进行课程设计,并对课程设计的程序和实施方式提出了明确的要求,为课程设计提供了保障。而新课标中以舞龙为例对中华传统体育的课程内容进行了整体规划,这对于中华传统体育课程设计具有重要的指导意义。然而,舞龙课程需要详细且实用的指导方案,涵盖课程目标、课程内容、课程评估和课程支持等多个方面。这就需要立足“弘扬中华优秀传统体育文化”“培育青少年民族精神”的国家战略,依据新课标的课程改革理念和指导思想,结合当前中小学开展舞龙教学的现实条件和实际需求,以及舞龙教育教学的规律和特点,对中小学舞龙课程进行整体考量和科学设计。

本研究通过文献资料法了解到我国中小学舞龙课程开展中存在针对体育教师资源不足、相关教材不够丰富以及舞龙项目尚未纳入体育课程等现实挑战,本研究通过研究相关书籍、文献和政策文件,结合专家意见进行分析,根据中小学学生身心发展特点和舞龙运动特征,以《体育与健康课程标准》为中心指导思想,确定中小学舞龙课程目标、课程内容结构、课程评价内容等并进行内容方面的设计。旨在,促进学校舞龙运动发展和中华传统体育课程体系的进一步完善。

Against the backdrop of the vigorous development of curriculum reform and quality education in China, the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving the Work of Learning Physical Education in the New Era" issued by the Central State Council and the "Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education" issued by the Ministry of Education clearly stipulate that schools should independently carry out curriculum design, and put forward clear requirements for the procedures and implementation methods of curriculum design, providing guarantee for curriculum design. The new curriculum standard takes dragon dance as an example to comprehensively plan the course content of traditional Chinese physical education, which has important guiding significance for the design of traditional Chinese physical education courses. However, dragon dance courses require detailed and practical guidance plans, covering multiple aspects such as course objectives, course content, course evaluation, and course support. This requires a national strategy of "promoting excellent traditional Chinese sports culture" and "cultivating the national spirit of young people", based on the curriculum reform concept and guiding ideology of the new curriculum standards, combined with the current practical conditions and needs of dragon dance teaching in primary and secondary schools, as well as the laws and characteristics of dragon dance education and teaching, to comprehensively consider and scientifically design dragon dance courses in primary and secondary schools.

This study learned through literature review that there are practical challenges in the development of dragon dance courses in primary and secondary schools in China, such as insufficient resources for physical education teachers, insufficient teaching materials, and the fact that dragon dance projects have not yet been included in physical education courses. Through studying relevant books, literature, and policy documents, and combining expert opinions, this study analyzed the physical and mental development characteristics and dragon dance sports characteristics of primary and secondary school students, Based on the "Sports and Health Curriculum Standards" as the central guiding ideology, determine the goals, content structure, and evaluation content of dragon dance courses in primary and secondary schools, and design the content. The aim is to promote the development of dragon dance in schools and further improve the traditional Chinese physical education curriculum system.
