本研究用实证研究的方法验证我国大学生亲子依恋、职业选择悲观、生涯适应力之间的影响，并通过职业选择悲观来探寻亲子依恋是如何对生涯适应力产生影响的。采用微信问卷的方式对国内部分高校684名本科生进行测量，测量完毕后，对问卷进行逐一审查，剔除无效问卷，最后获取有效数据483份进行数据分析。结果表明（1）当今大学生亲子依恋质量较高，女生亲子依恋和母亲依恋显著高于男生。职业选择悲观水平一般，男生和女生悲观水平基本相当。生涯适应力水平较好，但生涯关注水平明显低于另外三个维度，但没有明显的性别差异。（2）亲子依恋质量会影响生涯适应力水平，两者呈现正相关，在信任、沟通和疏离三个维度上对生涯适应力不同维度具有直接影响。（3）亲子依恋质量会影响职业选择悲观水平，两者呈现负相关。（4）职业选择悲观水平会影响生涯适应力水平，两者呈现负相关。（5）职业选择悲观可以部分中介亲子依恋对生涯关注的作用，从而影响生涯适应力。这一结果可以为生涯辅导老师和职业咨询师提供新的视角，在为那些有生涯相关问题的大学生提供帮助时，通过深入挖掘求助者的情感认知因素，提供更为的有效治疗。

This study uses the empirical research method to verify the impact of parent-child attachment, pessimistic career choice and career adaptability of college students in China, and through the pessimistic career choice to explore how parent-child attachment has an impact on career adaptability. WeChat questionnaire was used to measure 684 undergraduates from some universities in China. After the survey, the questionnaires were examined one by one to eliminate invalid questionnaires, and 483 valid data were obtained for data analysis. The results show that (1) the quality of parent-child attachment of college students is higher than that of male students. The pessimistic level of career choice is general, the pessimistic level of boys and girls is basically equal. The level of career adaptability is good, but the level of career concern is significantly lower than the other three dimensions, but there is no significant gender difference. (2) the quality of parent-child attachment will affect the level of career adaptability. The two are positively correlated, and have a direct impact on the different dimensions of career adaptability from the three dimensions of trust, communication and alienation. (3) parent-child attachment quality will affect the pessimistic level of career choice, and the two are negatively correlated. (4) the pessimistic level of career choice will affect the level of career adaptability, and the two are negatively correlated. (5) Career choice pessimism can partially mediate the role of parent-child attachment in career attention, thus affecting career adaptability. This result can provide a new perspective for career counselors and career counselors. When they provide help for college students with career related problems, they can provide more effective treatment by digging into the emotional cognitive factors of the helpers.
