目的:探讨对于社区工作人员失眠症状和睡眠质量的失眠认知行为团体咨询(GCBT-I)疗效。 方法:选取18例从2022年10月1日至2022年10月31日于网络招募的具有失眠症状的社区工作人员,按照随机数法将符合条件的患者以1∶1的比例随机分配到对照组(n =9)或失眠的团体认知行为疗法干预组(n =9)。干预组进行6周的咨询,对照组在干预组结束后提供基于CBT-I管理失眠的讲座。对比2组治疗前、治疗第6周、治疗第12周时匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和失眠严重程度指数(ISI)分值差异。 结果:在咨询6周后,干预组相比于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和失眠严重程度指数(ISI)分值均降低,差异均有统计学意义。在咨询12周后,干预组相比对照组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和失眠严重程度指数(ISI)分值均降低,差异均有统计学意义。 结论:网络认知行为团体咨询可较好改善社区工作人员的失眠症状和睡眠质量。 |

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of group cognitive behavioral counseling for insomnia (GCBT-I) for community workers with insomnia symptoms and sleep quality. Methods: Eighteen community workers with insomnia symptoms recruited online from October 1, 2022, to October 31, 2022, were selected and eligible patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to either the control group (n =9) or the group cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia intervention group (n =9) according to the random number method. The intervention group underwent 6 weeks of counseling, and the control group was offered a lecture on CBT-I-based management of insomnia at the end of the intervention group. Differences in Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) scores were compared between the 2 groups before treatment, at week 6 of treatment, and at week 12 of treatment. Results: After 6 weeks of counseling, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) scores were lower in the intervention group compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. After 12 weeks of counseling, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI) scores were lower in the intervention group compared to the control group, with statistically significant differences. Conclusion: Web-based cognitive-behavioral group counseling can better improve insomnia symptoms and sleep quality in community workers. |
