摘 要乒乓球被视为中国国球,也是中国高校体育设置的一门重要选项课。随着知识的大爆炸和科学技术的飞速发展,大学各门课程学时数却在不断减少,如何在较短的时间里快速提高乒乓球选项课的教学质量,成为高校体育教学研究的重点内容之一。在众多高校乒乓球教学法中,多球法是大家比较认同且是比较成熟的方法。但在这种教学法运用过程中,教师或发球机供应多球时,由于给出的球的落点、速度和弹起高度是不稳定的,因而使初学者动作的练习产生困难,影响技术动作掌握的进度和练习效果。针对此问题,本人曾设计申请了一种旋转式乒乓球练习器专利,将该练习器结合到多球教学法中,提出了多球与乒乓球练习器结合教学法,该法未见文献报道。本论文从教育学、训练学及心理学等角度,在综述乒乓球多球教学法和练球器现状的基础上,设计了系列实验,并配合问卷调查、数据统计和访谈法等,研究和阐述了多球与乒乓球练习器结合教学法的特点、结构、操作程序、评价方法、师生的角色定位等,并分析讨论了实验应用效果。结果表明:(1)实验后实验组和对照组的反手斜线击球次数(58 .40±1.36),(47.60±1.51)次/ min,P<0.01;正手斜线攻球击球次数(46.56±4.39),(36.84±4.65)次/ min,P<0.01; 左推右攻击球次数(20.92 ± 3.12),(14.42 ±1.16)次/ min,P<0.01,技评成绩(83.45±4.24),(75. 52±6.17)分,P<0.01;理论成绩(78.00士5.60),(71.40士4.70)分,P<0.01,实验组优于对照组。 (2)通过实验后的问卷调查分析,实验组的体育态度和兴趣、学习能力明显优于对照组。多球与练习器结合法教学,有利于学生形成正确的心理定向,调动学习的积极性,培养意志品质,增强专项身体素质,促进学生技术动作定型,运动技能的形成和掌握,从而快速提高学生的乒乓球技术水平。对学生学习效果的提高显著优于传统教学法。建议:(1)在采用多球与练习器结合法教学中履行好教师“导”的职能。(2)树立以学生为中心的教学观念,做到因材施教、量力而行。(3)引进先进的乒乓球练习器、实验演示仪器等教学设施,并创设良好的学习环境是多球与练习器结合法教学的保障。(4)合理分配多球练习、乒乓球练习器练习与单球练习的比例。(5)在应用中要充分考虑过程结构,方法、制约因素、 应用范围、稳定性与可操作性,注重效果的评价。(6)从学校的实际出发,在乒乓球教学与训练中广泛采用多球与练习器结合法,使教学手段更加趋于合理,提高乒乓球教学效果。 |

Table tennis has been known as national ball of China, and has been an important elective course in physical education of college. With the knowledge explosion and development of science and technology, the teaching time of all lessons in college has been reduced. How to improve the quality of teaching in table tennis has become one of important teaching researches in physical education of college.Among the teaching methods of table tennis, many-ball has been applied well. But many-ball is not very suitable for starters to quickly master the action technique and to obtain a good exercise effect because there is some unstability in falling position, speed and rebounding heights of the balls supplied by teachers or ball hitters.For resolving the problem, I designed a spinning table tennis exercise device, and proposed a new teaching method by combining many-ball method with the exercise device. The method has not been reported before.On the basis of summarizing many-ball method and exercising devices in table tennis, this paper has adopted experimental method companied with questionnaire, data statistics and expert interview methods to study the characteristics, structure, operating procedures, evaluation methods, roles of teachers and students in the method of combining many-ball with exercise device from the educational theory, training and psychology. The applied effects have been analyzed and discussed. The results showed: (1) After the experiments, the times of back-hand attacking (58 .40 ± 1.36),(47.60 ± 1.51) time/min,P<0.01;the times of positive-hand attacking (46.56 ± 4.39),(36.84 ± 4.65) time/min,P<0.01;the times of keeping off at left and attacking at right (20.92 ± 3.12),(14.42 ± 1.16) time/min,P<0.01,technique assessment (83.45 ± 4.24),(75. 52 ± 6.17) grade,P<0.01;theory assessment (78.00 ± 5.60),(71.40 ± 4.70) grade, P<0.01,all of them in tested group were better than those in compared group. (2) By analyzing the questionnaire after the experiments, attitudes, interest and learning abilities for sports of the tested group students were more excellent than those of the compared group students. All above show that the method of combining many-ball with the device has many advantages over traditional teaching methods. It is helpful for students to enhance the formation and control of technique action, movement abilities and correct psychological orientation, and to develop various qualities, so their technical levels of table tennis should be improved remarkably.Some suggestions: (1) Teachers need to well serve as a role of guidance during the teaching by combining many-ball with the device. (2) Students always are in the president position. (3) Those are important to introduce other advanced exercise and experiment demonstration devices into the teaching method and to create a good learning environment for the teaching method. (4) Exercises of many balls, single ball the device and should be in the right proportion. (5) The process structure, method, constraints, scope of application, stability and maneuverability should be given full consideration, especially effect evaluation. (6) Applying the method of combining many-ball with exercise device to the processes of teaching and training in table tennis, will let the teaching means more reasonable and the teaching effect improved. |
