随着网络和信息技术的飞速发展，信息化已成为全球发展的趋势。信息化建设的水平是衡量一个国家和地区现代化水平的重要标志。同样，信息化建设的水平也是衡量一所高校教学、科研、管理水平的重要标志。网站作为互联网时代最直接的产品，也是信息化建设中重要的组成部分。单位网站的设计水平往往也能反映这个单位的信息化水平和管理水平。　　高校服务型网站是高校各服务职能部门在互联网上建立的站点，它是发布各类服务相关信息以及师生办理各类业务的网络窗口，与师生的学习生活息息相关，网站的易用性设计至关重要。　　本文根据目前国内的现状分析了高校信息化建设与高校网站建设的相互联系和影响，研究了网站易用性设计的相关理论、标准以及最新的Web开发标准和技术，并基于此提出了基于易用性的服务型网站设计流程。后又通过网页改版的实例分析进一步验证了流程的可行性和实用性。　　最后，对本文的研究做出了总结，提出了研究实例的局限性，并对基于易用性的高校服务型网站设计的未来研究方向做出了展望。

With the rapid development of network and information technology, the informatization has already become the global development trend, informatization level is an important mark to judge the modernization level of a country or area. Similarly, informatization construction level is an important sign to measure the university level of teaching, scientific research and management. As the most direct product of the Internet era, a unit website is an important part of it’s informatization construction which can reflect it’s information and management level.Established for the service departments, the website of service-oriented unit in university (service-oriented university website in abbrev) is an important network window to distribute various service related information and all types of business closely related to campus life for faculties and students, thus the usability is essential to the website design.According to the current domestic situation, we analyze the relation and influence between the construction of university information and the construction of the website, and study the relevant design theories, design standards and the latest Web development standards and technology related to the website usability, based on which we propose the service-oriented website development standard procedure based on the usability design. Then a case Webpage revision is analyzed to further verify the feasibility and practicability of the process.To conclude the research, we finally summarize the in-depth study of the usability design impact on the user experience, and point out the limitations of the case study , then put forward the prospects of the research directions in the future usability design of university service-oriented website.
