城市生态空间评价致力于评估城市生态问题,城市规划和空间管制都需要评价结构作为科学依据,但是国内外的研究表明了现在为止尚未具有统一且全面准确的城市生态空间评价体系。本文基于国家层面主体功能区规划要求,将城市生态空间界定为城市范围内,天然林地、天然草地、水域、滩涂、特殊生态功能地区、未利用区域等自然生态空间和人工林地、人工草地、人工水面,绿化用地(公园绿地、道路防护绿化带等)、农业用地等人为构建生态空间的总和。本文构选取城市生态空间布局、城市生态空间规模和生态系统服务价值三个评价角度选取适宜的指标运用于城市生态空间评价。以上海市宝山区为例验证该评价指标体系的合理性,根据三个评价指标计算得到结论宝山区生态空间分布零散,构建较少完整大面积生态空间,水域生态空间服务价值显著,人工绿化的植被覆盖率和产生的生态价值量也在不断上升。

Urban ecological space evaluation is devoted to assessing urban ecological problems. Urban planning and space control all require evaluation structure as a scientific basis, but domestic and foreign research shows that there is no unified and comprehensive urban ecological space evaluation system. Based on the planning requirements of the main functional area at the national level, this paper defines urban ecological space as natural ecological space, artificial forest land, artificial grassland, artificial land, natural forest land, natural grassland, water area, tidal flat, special ecological function area, unused area and other natural ecological space. Water surface, green land (park green space, road protection green belt, etc.), agricultural land and other artificial construction of ecological space. This paper selects three evaluation angles of urban ecological space layout, urban ecological space scale and ecosystem service value to select suitable indicators for urban ecological space evaluation. Taking Baoshan District of Shanghai as an example to verify the rationality of the evaluation index system, according to the three evaluation indicators, it is concluded that the ecological spatial distribution of Baoshan District is scattered, and a less complete large-scale ecological space is constructed. The ecological space service value of the water area is significant, artificial greening Vegetation coverage and the amount of ecological value produced are also rising.
