2023年教师节之际,习近平总书记提出:“教师群体中涌现出一批教育家和优秀教师……展现了中国特有的教育家精神。”一个优秀教师所应具有的职业素养,是所有教师所追寻的目标与奋斗的动力。本文通过文献调研的方式进行理论分析,阐明教育家精神的相关内涵与外延,并通过教育家精神与“四有”好老师的内容对比分析,阐述教育家精神的内在特质与深刻内涵。

本文通过问卷调查的方式,调查了中学物理教师职业素质相关情况,发现了现阶段中学物理教师职业素养所具有的两个特点:第一、自我提升的愿景强烈,在通过各种方式不断学习相关教育理论与教育精神;第二、教育理论与教育实践的差距明显,部分中学物理教师在教育实践中不能完全践行教育家精神。本文结合教育家精神内涵,提出了在发扬中学物理教师群体积极性的前提下,通过各种形式的学习活动,提倡教育家精神,提升中学物理教师职业素养。

外文摘要:

On the Teachers’ Day in 2023, Xi Jinping, General Secretary, has announced, " a group of educators and excellent teachers has shown up, showing Chinese unique Educator Spirit." The professional quality that an excellent teacher should have is the goal and motivation pursued by all teachers. This paper conducts theoretical analysis through literature research, clarifies the relevant connotation and extension of the educator's spirit, which expounds the inherent characteristics and profound connotation of the educator's spirit through the comparative analysis of the content of the Educator Spirit and the "four haves" good teacher. This paper investigates the professional quality of middle school physics teachers through a questionnaire survey, and finds that the professional quality of middle school physics teachers has two characteristics at the present stage: first, the vision of self-improvement is strong, and the relevant educational theory and educational spirit are constantly studied through various ways. Secondly, the gap between educational theory and educational practice is obvious, and some middle school physics teachers can not fully practice the Educator Spirit in educational practice. This paper combines the connotation of the Educator Spirit, and proposes that on the premise of developing the enthusiasm of middle school physics teachers, through various forms of learning activities, the Educator Spirit should be advocated to improve the professional quality of middle school physics teachers.
