在全球信息技术迅速发展和中国教育信息化建设的背景下。本文试图从业务流程角度出发，考察高校管理信息化建设中出现的问题，再将信息化与流程再造结合起来，给出解决问题的办法。论文首先介绍了高校管理信息化的概念、意义、现状和问题，给出了高校管理信息化建设阶段模型。其次对流程再造理论的概念、核心思想和原则进行介绍，探讨了将流程再造应用于高校管理中的原因、方式和内容，并以麻省理工学院为成功案例详细介绍业务流程再造在高校中的应用和取得的成果。再次分析了流程再造和信息化之间的关系，流程再造在信息化建设各阶段中的地位和作用，以及流程再造和信息化对组织的结构、文化和人力资源构成带来的影响。最后，以北京语言大学学工一体化系统的建设为例，在详细介绍学工一体化系统的设计、建设和运行的基础上，对学生管理工作中的典型业务流程进行对比，分析高校管理信息化建设与流程再造之间的互动。

The Information technology evolves fast in recent decades. At the same time education informatization is under construction. In this paper I try to find the problems in informatization of university management in the perspective of process and then give solutions combining informatization and process reengineering. This paper introduces the concepts, effects and quo of informatization of university management and the framework of university management informatization levels in the first place. Next, this article introduces the concepts, core ideas and principles of business process reengineering (BPR) and analyzes the reasons, methods and contents of applying BPR to university management. Taking Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as an example to introduce the achievements and demonstrate applying business process reengineering to university management. Finally, I analyze the relationship of BPR and informatization, effects of BPR in the informatization levels and affects that BPR and informatization taking to the structures, cultures and human resources formation of an organization. Taking the students management integration system of Beijing Language and Culture University as an example to analyze the interactivity of BPR and university management informatization will be the last part.
