随着商业背景下沟通协作需求的必要性增强,企业社会化媒体的应用会变得越来越广泛,但目前企业社会化媒体在企业的实施与使用中仍旧存在很多问题,面临着诸多挑战。根据文献调研的结果,针对企业社会化媒体应用中存在的问题,本研究从员工对企业社会化媒体的持续使用研究中入手。并选择国家电网企业社会化媒体i国网APP作为研究案例,提出其企业社会化媒体i国网APP的设计方案和原型。本研究综合使用了问卷和访谈的方式来进行调研。为加深对i国网APP的了解,做好访谈准备,研究者首先访谈了18位i国网APP的工作人员。后通过问卷收集i国网APP用户使用情况并筛选访谈用户。共有效访谈用户42位,收集20万余字的有效访谈文本。通过扎根质性分析构建基于使用与满足理论框架的国家电网社会化媒体i国网APP员工持续使用行为的概念模型。获悉过程性满足、内容性满足、社交性满足、社会影响、系统因素、个人特性对员工持续使用i国网APP的意愿和行为有重要影响。后进行员工关于i国网APP的持续使用需求分析。方案提出阶段从过程性需求、内容性需求、社交性需求三个角度对市面上三款成熟企业社会化媒体APP做相关调研分析。其次通过用户画像工具来对i国网APP用户进行描述,并邀请3位相关专业人员进行头脑风暴对方案进行发散。后考虑企业需求和用户需求,通过MoSCoW模型来进行方案的优先级排序和投票。筛选后的功能方案分别涉及即时通讯、资讯、音视频会议模块。后对这三模块的功能方案进行设计上的呈现,制作设计原型图。设计评估阶段则邀请6位国家电网员工对设计原型进行可用性测试。并邀请3位专家进行专家评估,提出评价和反馈。综合测试任务目标的达成率、系统可用性量表的打分对比及专家评估后的反馈综合作为设计评估的结果。本设计测试任务的平均目标达成率为93.75%。相比于原i国网APP的C级可用性等级,本设计的系统可用性得分为75.83,等级为B。最后专家评估反馈良好,并提出评价和改进建议。本研究将为以后的企业社会化媒体的设计提供参考,帮助企业更好应用企业社会化媒体。 |

With the increasing necessity of communication and collaboration in the business context, the APPlication of corporate social media will become more and more extensive. However, there are still many problems and challenges in the implementation and use of corporate social media in enterprises. According to the results of the literature survey, this research starts from the research on the continuous use of corporate social media by employees, aiming at the problems existing in the APPlication of corporate social media, that is, the need for corporate social media to improve user experience. And choose the State Grid enterprise social media i State Grid APP as a research case, put forward the improvement plan and prototype of its enterprise social media i State Grid APP. This study used a combination of questionnaires and interviews to conduct research. In order to deepen the understanding of the i State Grid APP and prepare for the interview, the researchers first interviewed 18 staff of the i State Grid APP. Afterwards, the usage of i State Grid APP users was collected through questionnaires and the users were screened for interviews. A total of 42 users were effectively interviewed, and more than 200,000 words of effective interview texts were collected. Through grounded qualitative analysis, a conceptual model of the continuous use behavior of State Grid social media i State Grid APP employees based on the theoretical framework of use and satisfaction is constructed. It is learned that process satisfaction, content satisfaction, social satisfaction, social influence, system factors, and personal characteristics have important influences on employees' willingness and behavior to continue using the i State Grid APP. Afterwards, conduct an analysis of employees' continuous use needs of the i-State Grid APP. During the proposal stage, relevant research and analysis were conducted on three mature enterprise social media APPs on the market from the perspectives of process demand, content demand and social demand. Secondly, use the user portrait tool to describe the users of the i State Grid APP, and invite 3 relevant professionals to brainstorm to spread the plan. After considering the needs of enterprises and users, the MoSCoW model is used to prioritize and vote on solutions. The screened functional solutions involve instant messaging, information, and audio and video conferencing modules. After that, the functional scheme of these three modules is presented in design, and the design prototype diagram is made. In the design evaluation stage, six State Grid employees were invited to conduct usability tests on the design prototypes. And invited 3 experts to conduct expert evaluation, put forward evaluation and feedback. The achievement rate of the comprehensive test task objective, the scoring and comparison of the system usability scale, and the feedback after the expert evaluation are integrated as the results of the design evaluation. The average goal achievement rate of this design test task is 93.75%. Compared with the C-level usability level of the original i State Grid APP, the system usability score of this design is 75.83, the level is B.Finally, the expert evaluation results are good and put forward evaluation and improvement suggestions.This study will provide a reference for the design of enterprise social media in the future, and help enterprises better apply enterprise social media. |
