在人类活动、气候变化的影响下,生态系统服务功能受到严重挑战与威胁。而土地利用作为人类改造自然环境的最直接方式,改变了区域的生态环境功能和效益。因此,探究土地利用及气候变化对生态系统服务价值的影响具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。 本文选择河北省丰宁县为研究区域,综合遥感和GIS技术,以区域生态系统服务价值的变化为主线,在定量分析丰宁县土地利用变化基础上,采用物质量和价值量相结合的方法,建立基于遥感的生态系统服务价值评估模型,研究2001-2009年丰宁县生态系统服务功能及其价值的动态特征。并进一步探讨现有土地利用变化格局下,生态系统服务价值的变化;定量区分近十年来影响研究区生态系统服务价值改变的主要驱动因子。主要研究成果如下:(1)丰宁县2001-2009年土地利用变化特征为:土地结构变化明显,林地、建设用地面积逐渐增加,未利用地、灌丛和水体面积逐渐减小,耕地和草地呈波动变化。动态度指数分异明显,土地利用程度指数维持在224上下浮动,表明研究区的土地利用发展程度相对较高。土地利用类型转化较快,尤其表现为灌丛和草地之间的互相转换,灌丛向林地转化趋势明显。(2)2001、2006和2009年丰宁县生态系统服务总价值分别为1972531.25万元、2029150.00万元和1555543.75万元。对于不同的生态系统,价值量存在年际变化,但其单位面积价值量的排序规律趋于一致:林地>灌丛>耕地>草地>其他用地。生态服务功能构成中,各项生态服务功能价值占总价值的比重排序是:保育土壤价值>涵养水源价值>光合固碳价值>光合释氧价值>生产有机物质价值>营养物质积累价值。丰宁县生态系统服务单位价值的空间分布很不均衡,它与土地覆被类型的地带性有很大关系,生态服务单位价值量总体空间分布呈现由城乡建设用地向外推移的过程中不断增加的趋势。丰宁县各个乡镇由于地理位置、海拔差异、土地开发程度等原因的不同,生态系统服务价值层次不齐。(3)为了了解土地利用和气候变化对生态系统服务价值的影响力,按照本文提出的方案分析发现:2001-2009年间,丰宁县降水年际波动明显,降水集中在夏季,气温在波动中不断上升,增温趋势明显。近三十年里,丰宁县气候因子对生态系统服务价值的贡献率明显高于土地利用变化,土地利用和气候变化的平均贡献率分别为16.05%和83.96%。说明在全球气候变化的大背景下,气候变化是目前驱动生态系统服务价值变化的主要因子,它对生态系统结构和功能的影响远远超过了人类在改造自然过程中带来的影响。

Under the influence of human activities and climate change, ecosystem services face a serious challenge and threat. As the most direct way to transform natural environment, land use is changing the regional ecological functions and benefits. Therefore, exploring land use and climate change on ecosystem services value has important theoretical and practical value. This paper selected Fengning county in Hebei province as the study area, the RS and GIS techniques are used to explore the land use change and ecosystem services value. With the com-bination of physical and value method, the dynamic characteristics of ecosystem services value in 2001-2009 are studied. Meanwhile, the main driving factors were distinguished quantitatively in the study area which led to changes in ecosystem services value over the past decade. The main conclusions are as follows: (1)The land use structure changes obviously at Fengning county. The main trend of land use change was the gradual increase of construction land and woodland, the gradual decrease of unused land, shrub and water, arable land and grassland were fluctuant.The dynamic index was different obviously,land use degree index keeps at around 224,which indicated the study area has a high level of land use development.Besides,land use changes rapidly,which mainly appeared in the conver-sion between shrub and grassland,also conversion trend from shrub to woodland is clearly.(2)The total value of ecosystem services in 2001,2006 and 2009 was 19725.3125, 20291.5 and 15555.4375million yuan. The value changes annual year for different ecosystem,but the order of unit value is consistent: woodland> shrub>arable land> grassland>other types. As far as ecosystem services constitute concerned, the portion of ecological service value in whole value sort is: soil conservation value>water conservation value>photosynthetic carbon fixation val-ue>photosynthetic oxygen release value> production of organic substances value>nutrients accu-mulation value. The unit ecosystem services value of Fengning county was in an uneven spatial distribution, which has a great relationship with the type of area land cover. The unit ecosystem services value has a rising trend by the process of construction land expanding outward. Because of the difference in location, altitude, land development, ecosystem service value of the township at Fengning county is different.(3)In order to understand land use and climate change on the impact of ecosystem service value, in accordance with the proposed program, we can found: there was a fluctuations in annual precipitation.The rainfall concentrated in summer. The temperature rise was fluctuant, and warm-ing trend is clearly.the contribution rate of climatic factors on ecosystem services value was higher than land use change in 2001-2009, the average contribution rate of land use and climate change are 16.05% and 83.96%.It indicate that climate change is a major factor of driving changes in the ecosystem services value in the global context of climate change. Climate change on ecosystem structure and function are far beyond the human impact in the process of nature transformation.
