本论文为北京十一五规划项目《北京岁时节日研究》的子课题之一。节日是民众生活的一个重要构成因素。在节日中凝结了精神文化传承和社会管理等多重含义和功能，故而节日成为了我们观察其所处时代的社会状貌的有效途径。本文以民国时期的北京岁时节日民俗为重点研究对象，对现存的有关民国时期岁时节日民俗情况的史志文献资料、档案材料及其他文献材料，进行了梳理和归纳，并在此基础上，对民国时期大量出现的新兴节日和强固传承的传统节日的节日状貌和节日特征进行了梳理和总结，从政府和民众两个角度来探讨民国节日体系状貌及成因，以为当代节日文化建设提供借鉴。本文共分为三大部分，分别为绪论、正文和结论。正文共分三章。第一章是搜集、整理与评介有关民国时期北京岁时节日的民俗文献，通过对文献资料的分类梳理，总结民国时期记录情况及特点，为本文后面的分析准备材料基础。第二章进一步归纳了民国时期的岁时节日民俗表现，分别从新兴节日和传统节日两个角度来对民国时期节日体系的变革样貌进行探讨。第三章则是在前两章基础上的进一步深化，探讨了民国时期剧烈变动的节日体系格局背后所凝聚的政府和民众的意志情感。

This thesis is a subproject of Eleventh Five-Year project-- Research of Beijing Traditional Festival.Festival is one of the most important factors in people's life. It has multiple meanings and functions, including cultural spirit and social management. And it is an effective way through which we could look into the Physiognomy of society. This report focuses on Beijing traditional festival in the era of R.C. The author regularized and generalized historical records, archives and other documentary materials. Afterwards the author summarized the performance and features of popular new festivals that enriched people’s life and traditional festival that took root in people’s life. It also discussed the form and origin of festival system from the perspective of the government and the public. The purpose of the paper attempts to be useful for present construction of festival cultureThe paper includes three parts: the introduction, the main body and the conclusion.The main body is divided into three chapters. Chapter one: the author collected, arranged, and evaluated the documentary materials and summed up the situation and features of festival records written during R.C. Chapter two: the author concluded the form of traditional festivals. Furthermore, the author discussed the changes of festival system in R.C from the standpoint of new festivals and traditional festivals Chapter three: discussion was deepened on the bases of the first two chapters. The author discussed the will and feelings of the government and the public in the circumstances that festival system drastically changed.
