为更好理解节能与新能源汽车政策对汽车销量和大气环境的影响和作用机理,为节能减排和生态文明建设提供科学依据。本研究利用ArcGIS绘图和多元线性回归进行数据处理,并据此在省域尺度上分析全国汽车销量和污染物浓度在2009-2014年的时间空间分布和2012年前后的污染物排放量变化,并进一步分析汽车销量和空气质量的影响因素。2012年政策实施后,NOx和SO2的排放量全国基本都略有下降但烟粉尘的排放量基本都有所增加;同时大多数省份的汽车销量、NO2、SO2和PM10浓度都在2013年升高,2014年下降。东南沿海地区民用车新注册量显著大于西北地区。SO2和PM10浓度北方地区相对南方地区基数较大,变化较明显。汽车销量的正相关影响因素主要有GDP的初始值等,负相关影响因素主要有民用车新注册量的初始值。空气质量的正相关影响因素主要有污染物排放量初始值等,负相关影响因素主要有环保支出初始值。此研究为进一步探究节能减排政策的作用效应和机理打下基础。
外文摘要:
In order to better understand China’s energy saving and new-energy au-tomobile policy’s impact on automobile using and atmospheric environment so as to provide scientific bases for energy saving and ecological civilization construction, I, guided by teachers, applied ArcGIS and STATA to make graphs and perform multivariate linear regression analysis to analyze the car sales and pollutant concentration’s distribution and the change between 2009 and 2014 among different provinces in China. This research also analyzes the quantity change of discharged pollutants before and after 2012 as well as the influencing factors of car selling and air quality. After the implementation of 2012’s policy, NOx and SO2’s emission generally declined in China, while dust emission generally increased. In the meantime, car sales, NO2, SO2, PM10 concentration all increased in 2013 and then declined in 2014 in most provinces in China. People in south-east China bought more cars than those in the north-west region. SO2 and PM10 concentration in the northern part of China were both higher than the southern part, with more significant change between years. Car sale is positively correlated with the initial value of GDP and so on while highly negatively correlated with the initial quantity of new registered automobile. Air quality is positively correlated with the initial amount of discharged pollutants and so forth while negatively correlated with the initial quantity of possessed cars in the most. This study lays foun-dation for further study on the mechanism of China’s energy saving policy.
