移动学习具有学习时间碎片化、学习资源粒度小、学习进度和学习对象随机性等特点,移动学习的特点决定移动学习往往是零碎性的,这也导致学习者习得的知识往往不具有整体性,学习者难以形成完整的知识体系结构。同时,当前知识产生的环境已经变化,连通、重组和再造的能力是当今知识的特点。学习已不仅仅是接受、内化知识或者建构内在心理表征的过程,学习已经成为连通内部知识网络和外部信息源的过程。保持知识更新、不落伍的能力甚至比掌握知识本身要重要。解决移动学习零碎性与知识体系完整性的矛盾,同时保持知识的更新性是当前移动学习研究的热点。移动学习平台作为移动学习的基础支撑环境得到了广泛研究。然而,目前移动学习平台仍然缺乏解决移动学习零碎性与知识体系完整性问题的设计。移动学习平台中资源关联大多依靠资源本身的组织结构,缺乏把学习者要素作为资源关联媒介的设计,学习资源之间粘性低、关联度差,学习者无法作为主动信息源参与资源网络中知识流通过程。针对这些问题,本文提出了基于知识关系网络的移动学习平台建设思路。通过采集学习资源信息以及学习者学习过程信息,发掘学习者与学习资源之间、学习者之间以及学习资源之间直接或间接的关联关系,形成学习资源与学习者彼此关联的知识关系网络,移动学习平台以学习者及学习资源的关系网络为基本资源组织及呈现方式。同时,知识关系网络能够根据设定的条件、学习者及学习资源关系的变化而动态调整,并能适应不同终端展现需求、满足离线学习的需要。首先,探究知识关系网络构建机制,包括构建知识关系网络的信息采集机制、学习者与内容控制机制及构建算法等;其次,设计知识关系网络更新机制,保证节点联结的即时性和有效性;第三,为了适应各移动终端显示,建立知识关系网络自适应机制,包括展现自适应以及资源内容的自适应;最后,通过离线资源库设计等实现资源的离线下载,使学习者摆脱网络等条件限制,保证用户随时随地的学习。根据上述思路,本研究基于学习元平台设计并实现了一个基于知识关系网络的移动学习平台,并设计应用案例进行实际效果验证,解决了本研究提出的问题。在本文中详细介绍了系统的总体框架、各个功能模块的设计和主要实现以及平台验证过程。

Mobile learning has the characteristics that learning time is fragmentary , learning resources are often small granularities, learning process and learning object are uncertain, the characteristics of mobile learning deciside mobile learning is often fragmented, it also lead to learners' acquisition of knowledge do not have integrity, learners are difficult to form a complete system of knowledge structure. And now the knowledge environment has changed, the characteristic of today's knowledge are Connection and the ability of the restructuring and reengineering. Learning is not only to accept, internalize knowledge or the process to construct internal mental representation. It has become a process of connecting internal knowledge network and external information source. Keeping the ability of knowledge update is even more important than knowledge itself. Solve the contradiction between the mobile learning fragmentation and knowledge integrity, at the same time keep the knowledge update is a hotspot of research in the current mobile learning field.Mobile learning platform has been widely researched as the basis of mobile learning support environment. However, the current mobile learning platforms lack of information connection, the design of knowledge network. The resource association on mobile learning platform relies on the internal organizational structure a lot. Lack the design of making the learner factor as resource association media. The connection between resources are faint, they have a poor correlation between each other. Learners can't participate as active source resource in the knowledge circulation process.To solve these problems, this paper presents a mobile learning platform based on social knowledge network. The idea of platform construction is explained blow. Through gathering the information of learning resources and the information produced in learners’ learning process, to calculate the direct and indirect relations beteween learners and learners, learners and learning resources, learning resources and learning resources. A social knowledge network is formed based the calculated relations.The social knowledge network is the basic organization of platform resources and resources presentation mode. At the same time, the relations between social knowledge network can be adjust dynamicly according to the set conditions and the relations changement between learners and learning resources, also the network can adapt to different terminals , meet the needs of offline learning.First of all, exploring the social knowledge network building mechanism, including the construction of a social knowledge network information collection mechanism, the learners and content control mechanism and the construction algorithm; Second, design the social knowledge network update mechanism, to guarantee the immediacy and effectiveness of the nodes connection; Third, establish the social knowledge network adaptive mechanism in order to adapt to the mobile terminals, including adaptive showing and adaptive resources design; Finally, design the resource download mechanism through the offline database , so the learners can get rid of network conditions to make the anytime and anywhere learning a reality.Based on the above ideas, this study designed and implemented a mobile learning platform which feature is social knowledge network based. The mobile learning platform is developed on “Learning Cell” platform. In this article, the author introduced the overall frame of the system, each function module design and the main implementation, and finally the system running situations are verified.
