Driven by information technology, the Internet ushered in an era of "everyone has a microphone". Weibo, WeChat, and other emerging media have become the main online platforms for people to discuss hot topics. Douban, as a community network integrating blogs, small groups, social interaction and shopping, is different from either the closely connected strong-tie network or the loosely connected weak-tie network. Douban users form groups based on their interests and discuss topics of common interest more actively and equally. When WeChat, Weibo and other media lose their voices under the pressure of public opinion surveillance, Douban groups become the main field for netizens to discuss public events due to its niche positioning. In July 2018, the "Me Too" movement ignited the online public opinion field in China. Under the parent label "Me Too", victims' reports on different public figures have generated several sub-topics of public opinion. Taking the evolution of the public opinion gathering behavior represented by the "Me Too" movement in the Douban group as an example, this study combines the method of qualitative and quantitative research to explore the construction of the "Me Too" public opinion topics in the "Douban Goose Group", which is known as "Douban’s No.1 entertainment-oriented discussion group". Firstly, qualitative comparative analysis was applied to select several sub-topics of the "Me Too" movement in the "Douban Goose Group", to compare and analyze the influencing factors of network public events, and to summarize their microcombinational paths. Secondly, social network analysis has been carried out on selected sub-topics to study the context of network community in its evolution and development, analyze the characteristics of topics as well as the role of opinion leaders in guiding public opinion on those topics, and reflect on existing phenomena problems. Studies have found that as a public events, the "Me Too" movement in the "Douban Goose Group" have three micro-combinational paths, respectively the "real-name reporting + events toward the academia or media and entertainment industry + no noise interference such as post deletion + negative response from the opinion target", "realname reporting + no noise interference such as post deletion+ negative response from the opinion target " and "real-name reporting + public opinion resonance + events toward the academia or media and entertainment industry + negative response from the opinion target ". On the other hand, the opinion leaders in the group are characterized by "interest", equal communication and independent interaction. They promote the spread of the topic by adding emotional attributes to the topic, and the user relationship based on the division of the community can eliminate the negative impact of information cocoon to some extent. In the whole process of topic construction, there are two main problems: firstly, the control of public opinion by officials is too simple and crude, and simply deleting and blocking the posts is not conducive to the resolution of netizen’s resistant emotion; secondly, the highly homogenous emotions can easily evolve into collective actions, and even become obstacles to achieve the goal of the movement.
