自我同一性是人生中的重要课题,个体通过克服危机达成自我同一性,这一发展危机被称为自我同一性危机。顺利解决危机个体获得自我同一性,体验到自我的一致感和连续感,能够良好地适应环境,对现在和未来抱有积极的态度并能够为之投入。青少年中后期是自我同一性发展的关键时期,大学生正处于这一阶段,对自我同一性危机的处理直接影响大学生的自我同一性发展。因此,对其进行干预有着重要意义。 曼陀罗绘画疗法是表达性艺术疗法的形式之一,建立在自性化理论基础之上,而自性化与自我同一性发展理论无论在产生与目标,还是在发展过程、内容与功能上都具有高度一致性。自我同一性危机的解决强调在意识层面进行个人整合,曼陀罗绘画疗法能够促进无意识内容意识化。基于此,本研究尝试探索曼陀罗绘画疗法对大学生自我同一性危机的干预效果。 本研究采用方便取样的方法招募24名在校大学生为研究对象,使用江南发编制的《青少年同一危机量表》测量其自我同一性危机水平,得分较高且能全程参与曼陀罗绘画团体干预的12名被试组成曼陀罗绘画组,其余12人组成对照组。曼陀罗绘画组接受共计10周,每周1次,每次3小时的曼陀罗绘画团体干预,对照组不接受任何干预。通过青少年同一危机量表收集被试前测与两次后测的自我同一性危机数据并进行差异检验。同时通过分析自编干预效果反馈问卷、曼陀罗绘画作品、家庭作业、个案访谈收集干预组被试的质性数据,探索曼陀罗绘画疗法改善大学生自我同一性危机的原因。 研究结论如下: (1)曼陀罗绘画疗法对大学生自我同一性危机具有显著的改善作用。 干预组与对照组相比,在自我同一性总分以及自我意识、时间透视、工作无力、权威混淆和价值定向五个维度上得分显著降低,在自我确信、角色尝试维度得分降低不显著;干预组自我意识、时间透视、角色尝试维度得分两次后测均显著低于前测,自我同一性总分、权威混淆得分第二次后测显著低于前测,这说明曼陀罗绘画疗法能够显著改善大学生的自我同一性危机。 (2)曼陀罗绘画疗法对大学生自我同一性危机产生改善作用的原因在于曼陀罗绘画能够使无意识内容意识化,从而产生新的经验。自我同一性的发展动力推动个体进行新旧经验整合,在这一过程中自我同一性危机水平得到降低。

Self-identity is an important issue in life, individual achieve self-identity through overcoming of crisis. This development crisis is called self-identity crisis. Self-identity achievement makes the individual experience the sense of sameness and continuity, and adapt to environment. These individuals who achieve self-identity have a positive attitude towards the present and future, and commit to it. The middle and later stage of adolescence is a critical period for the development of self-identity, college students are in this stage. How to deal with self-identity crisis directly influences the development of college students’ self-identity. Therefore, it is of great significance to improve self-identity crisis of college students. The Mandala Drawing Therapy is one of the forms of Expressive Art Therapy, based on the theory of self. The theory of self and self-identity is highly consistent in both its production and goal, even its development process, content and function. The solution of self-identity crisis emphasizes individual integration on the conscious level, and the Mandala Drawing Therapy can promote the unconscious content into consciousness. Based on this, this study attempts to explore the intervention effect of the Mandala Drawing Therapy on college students’ self-identity crisis. In this study, 24 college students were recruited as the subjects by the method of convenient sampling. Using the Adolescent Ego Identity Crisis Scale compiled by Jiang nanfa to measure the level of self-identity crisis, and 12 subjects who scored higher and ensure the full participation of mandala drawing group intervention were composed of the mandala drawing group and the remaining 12 subjects as control group. The mandala drawing group received mandala drawing group intervention for 10 weeks, 1 time a week, 3hours each time, the control group did not accept any intervention. The Adolescence Ego Identity Crisis Scale was used to collect the data of self-identity crisis before and after the intervention, and make the difference tests about the scale scores. By analyzing the qualitative data of the intervention group which were collected by the feedback questionnaires of intervention effect, mandala drawings, homework and case interviews to explore the reasons of the Mandala Drawing Therapy to improve the self-identity crisis of college students. Research conclusions are as follows: (1) Mandala Drawing Therapy has a significant improvement on college students’ self-identity crisis. Compared with the control group, the intervention group scored significantly lower in the five dimensions: the total score of self-identity crisis, self-consciousness, time perspective, inability to work, authority confusion and value orientation. There is no significant reduction in the level of self-assurance, role-trying. In the intervention group, the score of self-consciousness, time perspective and role-trying were significantly lower than those in the pretest, and the total score of self-identity crisis, authority confusion in second post-test was significantly lower than that in the pretest. This shows that the Mandala Drawing Therapy can significantly improve the self-identity crisis of college students. (2) The reason why Mandala Drawing Therapy has improved the self-identity crisis of college students is that mandala drawing can bring unconscious content into consciousness and create new experience. The development driving force of self-identity drives individuals to integrate new and old experiences, the level of self-identity crisis is reduced in this process.
