校车作为专门为中小学生上下学提供便利接送服务的交通工具,正在被全球各地越来越多的学生家庭所选择。前人对校车的研究或设计大多聚焦于行程中,而忽略了候车这一重要环节。等候校车的过程中,学生暴露于复杂道路环境中,加之目前的候车点大多无设施、无标识,学生的候车安全和体验均存在诸多问题。故本研究以小学生作为目标群体,研究其等候校车时的行为和痛点,并设计一款能够满足其需求的小学校车候车设施。首先,为深入了解学生及其家长在候车过程中的行为及需求,本研究综合使用了多种方法完成用户研究,并借助用户画像和用户旅程图对所得结果进行梳理,清晰刻画出小学生群体在等候校车场景下的痛点和机会点。随后,结合儿童特征和游戏化设计、等待心理学的相关理论,本研究提出了一个兼顾安全和体验的小学校车候车设施设计方案。在形态设计上,该设施为学生提供冬暖夏凉且安全封闭的候车环境,结构上与校车对接,学生的上车过程不会受到后方机动车、自行车的威胁。在功能设计上,该设施承载各种能够提升候车安全和体验的功能,包括安全监管设计、候车过程游戏化设计和秩序引导设计。该设施还与家长端App实现信息互通,不仅在客观上提升安全性,也能降低家长主观上对于孩子安全的担忧。最后,研究者使用可用性测试和专家评估的方法对方案效果进行验证,其中可用性测试SUS量表的平均分处于A评级,说明本设计的可用性水平良好,五位专家也从不同角度对本设计提出了切实有效的指导性建议,研究者基于以上反馈对设计方案进行了相应迭代。

School buses as a convenient medium of pupil transportation, are being chosen by more and more students' families all around the world. Most of the previous research or design of the school bus focuses on the journey while neglecting the process of waiting. During the process of waiting for the school bus, students are exposed to complex road environment. In addition, most of the current school bus stations have no facilities or signs, so there are many problems with safety and experience. Therefore, this study takes primary school students as the target group, studies their behavior and pain points while waiting for the school bus, and designs a primary school bus waiting facility that can meet their needs. First of all, to deeply understand students and their parents in the waiting scenario, this study adopted the method of observation, interview and questionnaire. With the help of user persona and user journey map, the results clearly portray the pupil groups' pain points and opportunities while waiting for school. Then, based on the gamification design theory, combined with the characteristics of children and the theory of waiting psychology, this study proposes a design scheme for primary school bus waiting facilities that gives consideration to safety and experience. In terms of form design, the facility provides students with a safe and closed waiting environment, which is warm in winter and cool in summer. Structurally connects with the school bus, so that students can get on the bus without being threatened by vehicles behind. In terms of functional design, the facility carries various functions including safety supervision design, gamification design of waiting process and order guidance design. The facility also realizes information exchange with the parent-end APP, which not only objectively improves safety, but also reduces parents' subjective concerns about the safety of their children. Finally, the researchers use a usability test and expert evaluation method to verify this method. The usability testing SUS average on A rating scale. The availability of this design level is good. Five experts offer advice on design from different perspectives. Based on the above feedback, researchers iterate the design scheme.
