中美两国互为重要的贸易伙伴,但近年来全球经济下行,中美之间的贸易摩擦问题也随之频发。中美贸易摩擦的表面原因似是中国对美国的巨额贸易逆差,其实深层次的原因可能是两国技术比较优势的争夺。此种情形下,中国高技术产业的发展不可避免地会受到中美贸易摩擦的冲击。与此同时,近年来我国坚持走中国特色国家安全道路,国家安全的重点在于经济安全,经济安全的核心是产业安全。中国高技术产业作为国家经济发展的战略性产业,其产业安全的重要性不言而喻。本文在学者们对产业安全研究的基础上,构建高技术产业安全评价指标体系,研究中美贸易摩擦对中国高技术产业安全的影响,为政府部门制定有关维护高技术产业安全的政策提供理论依据。 |

China and the United States are important trading partners to each other. However, in recent years, the global economy has been down, and trade frictions between China and the United States have also occurred frequently. The deep-seated reason may be the competition for technological comparative advantages. Under such circumstances, the development of China's high-tech industries will inevitably be impacted by Sino-US trade frictions. At the same time, in recent years, my country has adhered to the path of national security with Chinese characteristics. The focus of national security is economic security, and the core of economic security is industrial security. China's high-tech industry is a strategic industry for the country's economic development, and the importance of its industrial security is self-evident. Based on scholars' research on industrial security, this paper constructs a high-tech industry security evaluation index system to study the impact of Sino-US trade frictions on China's high-tech industry security, and provides a theoretical basis for government departments to formulate policies to maintain high-tech industry security. This paper analyzes the current situation of China's high-tech industrial security from four aspects: industrial development environment, industrial competitiveness, industrial external dependence, and industrial control by combing and summarizing research literature related to Sino-US trade frictions and industrial security. Based on this, the indicators are refined under the four dimensions, and ten secondary indicators are selected to construct the high-tech industry safety evaluation index system, and the entropy method is used to calculate the weight of each index in the evaluation system, and the high-tech industry safety value is calculated. Based on the theoretical basis and the high-tech industry security evaluation system, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the impact of Sino-US trade frictions on China's high-tech industry security from four dimension. |
