西藏优秀传统文化是中国传统文化的内容之一,蕴含着丰富的育人价值理念,而初中生正处于树立正确价值观的关键期,在道德与法治课教学中适当地融入西藏优秀传统文化不仅有利于丰富教学内容、提高教学实效性、推动西藏优秀传统文化继承与发扬,还能培育西藏初中学生的爱国情怀,增强共同体意识。 本文首先对中华优秀传统文化融入初中道德与法治教学、西藏优秀传统文化精神内涵等方面的文献进行了充分的分析和整理,再通过访谈西藏文化相关研究人士后提出了与社会主义核心价值观内容相符合的西藏优秀传统文化的四个方面精神内涵,在此基础上,运用问卷调查等方法对目前西藏优秀传统文化资源融入初中道德与法治教学现状展开了研究,意图达到较为精准的找到一些融入对策的目的。 经过对面向西藏初中道德与法治教师的问卷调查数据分析后,发现目前西藏优秀传统文化资源融入初中道德与法治教学存在的问题有:教师方面,观念上重视,但缺乏实践力、缺乏西藏优秀传统文化资源融入初中道法教学的表现形式的创新能力;在学校及其上级部门方面,重视程度还有待提高、宣传方式单一;在社会氛围方面,目前整体上学习西藏优秀传统文化的氛围不足等。针对于此,本文从教师角度、学校及其上级部门、社会氛围方面等提出了西藏优秀传统文化资源融入西藏初中道德与法治教学的一些具体对策,如教师丰富西藏优秀传统文化知识储备,寻找西藏优秀传统资源与初中道法课程内容的最优融合点并融入教学目标,创新教学形式、完善教学评价体系;学校积极创新宣传西藏优秀传统文化宣传方式,建设有利于融合的校园环境、学校及上级部门重视教师的专业培养模式等;相关部门运用现代化手段提高宣传西藏优秀传统文化效率,积极创新人民喜闻乐见的传播形式等方法提升在整个社会内学习西藏优秀传统文化的氛围,以推动西藏优秀传统文化资源融入西藏初中道德与法治教学的发展。 |

Tibetans excellent traditional culture is one of the contents of Chinese traditional culture. It contains rich ideas of nurturing human values, and junior middle school students are in the crucial stage of establishing correct values. This paper firstly analyzes and collates the literature on the integration of Chinese traditional culture into moral and legal education in junior middle school, and the spiritual content of Tibetan traditional culture in senior middle school. Then, after interviewing the relevant researchers of Tibetan culture, the author puts forward four spiritual contents of Tibetan traditional culture in line with the core values of socialism. After analyzing the questionnaire survey of moral and legal teachers in tibetan junior middle schools, it is found that the problems of integrating tibetan traditional cultural resources into moral and legal teaching in tibetan junior middle schools are as follows: teachers are attached importance to the concept, but lack the creative ability to integrate tibetan traditional cultural resources into the teaching of humanistic law in junior middle schools. (a) There is still a need for greater emphasis and a single approach to advocacy in schools and their higher levels; In terms of social atmosphere, there is not enough atmosphere to study Tibetan outstanding traditional culture as a whole. In view of this, this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures from the teacher's point of view, school, its superior department and social atmosphere to integrate Tibetan outstanding traditional cultural resources into local middle school moral and legal education, such as enriching the reserve of Tibetan outstanding traditional cultural knowledge, finding the best integration point between Tibetan outstanding traditional resources and the content of junior middle school Taoism curriculum and integrating them into teaching goals, innovating teaching forms and perfecting teaching evaluation system. Schools should actively and innovatively publicize the excellent traditional Tibetan culture, build a school environment conducive to integration, and pay attention to the professional training mode of teachers in schools and higher education. Relevant departments use modern means to improve the efficiency of the dissemination of Tibet's outstanding traditional culture, actively innovate forms of dissemination popular among the people and raise the atmosphere for learning about Tibet's outstanding traditional culture throughout society, so as to promote the integration of Tibet's outstanding traditional cultural resources into the development of moral and legal education in local junior middle schools.
