本文从一个教育一线工作者的最基层的视角出发,通过自编的问卷,实际了解了江苏省某重点中学学生的异性交往的现状和水平,并应用实验组和对照组对应方法,通过对一个班的学生进行的异性交往管理干预,研究了主题班会、个别访谈、集体辅导这三种干预方式对学生正确认识异性交往的作用,研究收到了一定的教育效果。研究表明,中学生异性交往的状况的确并不令人乐观,的确有一些人有交往过多、基本考虑不正确或做法欠妥当的情况。从学生异性交往的动机上来看,寻找安全感和减缓学习压力是两个重要的内容。从交往的态度上看,学生存在着从喜欢到厌恶多种选择。经过多种精心设计的课堂或课下“干预”,一些异性交往问题能够得到解决。例如,在学生单独约会、网恋等的比例上就表现出比较明显的变化。从影响异性交往的因素上看,社会风气、同伴之间以及学习成绩是影响异性交往的三大主要的因素。教师的主动干预虽然能改变一些认识和行为,但对更多依赖家长或社会环境的方面,教师干预的作用相当有限。学生对教师介入异性交往教育存在着一定渴望。但同时,不希望将个人隐私行为公布于众。

This paper is written by a teacher who is engaged in practical teaching in a senior high school. It is based on real teaching and find out the true condition of the opposite sex association in a key secondary high school in Jiangsu Province. The study tool is a questionnaire developed by the author, and subjects are made into two groups, experimental group and contrastive group. The author adopts three kinds of intervention methods, including subject class-meetings, individual interviews and collective trainings, to manage the opposite sex association. The results show that the status of students’ opposite sex association is not good; and the phenomena of excessive association, incorrect considerations and methods to opposite sex association. As for the motive of opposite sex association, there are two clearer factors, including hunting for safety and alleviating learning stress. As for the attitude of opposite sex association, there are a lot of choices ranging from love to hate. However, some of problems are be overcome by the elaborate design in classes and the intervention after classes. The ratio of dating singleness and falling in love with someone by internet obviously drop. As for the influencing factors of opposite sex association, there are three main factors, such as social environment, influence from companies and learning scores. It depends on education from parents and social environment, although teacher’s intervention can make some of students’ cognition and behaviors change. Meanwhile, students expect teachers provide support and help to deal with opposite sex association as long as they will keep it as secrets.
