Human resource planning is an initial step of the process of staff selection, reflecting qualitative and quantitative requirements of the personnel. .The effectiveness of work on personnel selection influences the quality of human resources, their contribution to achievement of organization's goals and quality of made production or provided services.
HR management should be holistic and based on the concept according to which employees of the organization are considered as a human resources or human capital.
Methodologically valid scientific personnel will avoid a major and widespread mistakes -subjective assessment of the candidate, the strong influence of the first impressions of a person on the subsequent decision on his job application.
