近年来，我国刑事案件数量随着经济社会发展呈现逐年递增的趋势，这与我国构建社会主义和谐社会的目标相悖，亟需改革。然而，影响各类刑事案件的因素众多，是否在个案差异的背后存在共性因素推高各类刑事案件整体规模是本文研究的主要内容。本文通过取用全国31个省市地区2017年的样本数据，提取主成分后进行回归分析，并使用了2015年的相应数据进行了检验。得出结论：第一，更加发达的经济引起的各类潜在问题可能是诱发犯罪的首要原因。第二，失业问题和基础教育的缺乏很可能共同作用导致地区犯罪率的提升，失业群体中因缺乏基础教育而导致的失业人群比例更高的地区可能有更高的犯罪率。最后，社会服务的优化有助于抑制各类刑事犯罪行为的发生。其中，经济因素具备较强的时间稳健性。所以，我国在发展经济的同时也需要平衡就业问题，关注基础教育的普及以及社会服务的保障。

In recent years, the criminal cases happened in our country present a steady ascend, which against our aim of building a harmonious socialist society. The factors cause criminal deeds are plenty. To find the commonalities in all those different cases is the article’s main content. The article conducted a study of 31 main provinces and cities in China , using ordinary least square regression after principal component analysis to figure out the main causes lead to the high criminal rate. Here’s the conclusions: First, potential problems caused by soaring economic may be the first cause of criminality . Second, unemployment problem along with the lack of basic education also play a role. A larger percentage of unemployed caused by lack of education may lead to higher crime rate. At last, the optimization of social services may restrains criminal behavior. Among all these factors, the economic element shows great robustness. So alongside with developing economic, our country should also balance the employment problem, pay attention to the dissemination of basic education, and ensure the social security.
