近年来,随着科技的不断进步和社会的不断发展,一种不同于市场或组织生产的全新生产方式“大众生产”(Peer Production)应运而生。大众生产依托于虚拟网络平台,其生产者的人际关系结构被分解重构,不同于一般意义上为工资薪酬而生产的“工作”,其生产场域有何特点值得探讨。 本文采用社会网络分析法和网络民族志法,使用量化和质化相结合的方式对于萌娘百科生产场域社会网络结构和权力关系展开研究,研究发现: 在人际关系被重构的网络空间内,话语权力依然掌握在少数人手中。萌娘百科生产场域社会网络整体凝聚力强,平均最短路径长度低,体现出了较强的小世界效应,人际关系网紧密。然而,萌娘百科生产场域信息传输效率较差。社会网络的点度中心势和中间中心势低,没有清晰高效的组织机制来确保信息高效传输。萌娘百科生产场域网络是典型的无标度网络,具有严重的异质性,各节点之间的连接状况具有严重的不均匀分布性。萌娘百科生产场域中各个生产者被关注的几率不同。既有扁平化、去中心的外部结构,内部也有紧密核心的小团体。小团体规模较小,成员大多都有重合的爱好,开放性和流动性比较高。每个个体被关注的几率不同,可以分为四类:话题主导者、信息传递者、边缘参与者以及自说自话者。 萌娘百科生产者的权力通过网络话语体现。权力以同质交往为前提,人以群分,各个生产主体之间的同质交往让他们凝聚在同一个生产场域中,使社会网络具有更为突出的凝聚力,为权力的产生提供了前提基础;大众生产权力生成的介质为社会资本,即生产者在生产过程中获取和使用的资源,在争夺过程中变成了社会资本,成为了大众生产权力生成的介质;权力形成的手段是对外排斥,通过集体对外排斥,增强团体内部的情感连结,从而在各生产者之间形成强弱的分层区别。权力运作机制有两个维度:(1)宣读禁忌、禁令;(2)生产知识。大众生产平台的权力可以分为三个类别:主导型权力、传递型权力、边缘型权力。三种权力有明显的层级结构,所处位置越靠内,所掌握的权力也越大。 最后,本文总结了四条主要的研究发现,分别对平台管理者和政府提出了对策和建议,并且指出了本研究的局限性和不足之处,提出了未来努力的方向。 |

In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology and the continuous development of society, a brand-new production method "Peer Production" has emerged at the historic moment. Peer production relies on a virtual network platform, and its producer's interpersonal relationship structure is decomposed and reconstructed, which is different from the "work" produced for wages and salaries in general. What are the characteristics of its production field worth discussing? This paper uses social network analysis method and network ethnography method, uses a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to study the social network structure and power relations of the Moegirlpedia production field. The research found that: In the cyberspace where interpersonal relationships are reconstructed, the power of discourse is still in the hands of a few people. The social network of Moegirlpedia's production field has strong overall cohesion, and the average shortest path length is low, reflecting a strong small-world effect and a close interpersonal network. However, the information transmission efficiency of Moegirlpedia's production field is poor. The social network has a low centrality and a low centrality. There is no clear and efficient organizational mechanism to ensure the efficient transmission of information. The Moegirlpedia production field network is a typical scale-free network, which has serious heterogeneity, and the connection status between nodes has serious uneven distribution. Each producer in the Moegirlpedia production field has a different chance of being followed. There is a flat, decentralized external structure, and a small group with a close core inside. The small group is small in size, most of the members have overlapping hobbies, and the openness and mobility are relatively high. Each individual has a different probability of being followed and can be divided into four categories: topic leader, information transmitter, marginal participant, and self-talker. The power of the Moegirlpedia producer is manifested through online discourse. Power is premised on homogenous communication, and people are divided into groups. The homogenous communication between various production subjects allows them to condense in the same production field, which makes the social network more prominent and cohesive, providing a premise for the generation of power Foundation; the medium for the production of peer production power is social capital, that is, the resources that producers acquire and use in the production process become social capital and the medium for the generation of peer production power during the competition; the means of power formation is external Exclusion, through collective exclusion, strengthens the emotional connection within the group, thereby forming a strong and weak layered distinction between producers. The power operation mechanism has two dimensions: (1) reading taboos and prohibitions; (2) producing knowledge. The power of peer production platforms can be divided into three categories: dominant power, transitive power, and marginal power. The more inside you are, the greater the power you have. Finally, this article summarizes four main research findings, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for platform managers and the government, proposes the shortcomings of this research and the prospects for future research. |
