高职院校学前教育专业是为我国学前教育事业发展输出人才的重要基地之一,在学前教育人才的培养过程中,艺术教育是极为关键的一环,而舞蹈艺术作为八大艺术之一,教育教学过程中亦不可或缺。改革开放以来,我国的学前教育人才培养逐渐走向正轨,取得了令人瞩目的成就。包括本科院校、高职院校、中职院校在内的各类教育机构在学前教育人才的培养中创设了形式多样、内容丰富的人才培养方案,开设了各具特色的舞蹈艺术教育课程,对于我国学前教育质量的提升和学前儿童科学文化水平、综合文艺素养的提升至关重要。在倡导全面综合文化素质提升的时代背景下,舞蹈艺术教学“从娃娃抓起”显得尤为关键,而这一切都必须依托于学前教育人才舞蹈艺术水平及舞蹈教学水平的提升。对于高职院校而言,其所培养的奋斗于学前教育一线的实践型人才,在学前教育专业中开设舞蹈课程,并逐步提升舞蹈课程的地位成为了当下各大高职院校的主流选择。因此,本文对高职院校学前教育专业舞蹈课程设置问题进行研究,力图发现解决学前教育专业中舞蹈教学管理方面所存在的问题,以便为有效地提高幼儿教师素养提供可参考性的建议。 本文在以高职院校学前教育专业舞蹈课程设置问题作为研究对象的基础上,以“潍坊工程职业学院”为具体调查对象,为本次研究展开了相关实证调查。着力分析该校在学前教育专业中所开设的舞蹈课程的现状,剖析其中存在的教学内容不全面、幼儿舞蹈创编能力缺失、师资条件的限制、舞蹈理论知识的欠缺等现实问题。就既有的实践经验而言,可以说,以上问题不仅仅存在于“潍坊工程职业学院”一校的学前教育专业当中,在很大程度上也是我国二线及以下城市的高职院校在学前教育专业舞蹈课程设置上的共性问题。在此基础上,结合该校的实际情况及舞蹈教育教学领域的先进理论和先进实践经验,本文从舞蹈教学内容的提升、加强舞蹈创编能力的实践学习、提升幼儿舞蹈创编的师资水平、设立科学的舞蹈课程评价四个方面,对高职院校学前教育专业舞蹈课程中存在的问题,提出了相关对策建议,以期能够为我国高职院校学前教育专业舞蹈艺术教学中存在的不足有所弥补。

Preschool education in higher vocational colleges is one of the important bases for exporting talents for preschool education. In the process of preschool education talents, art education is a key part, and dance art is one of the eight major arts. It is also indispensable in the teaching process. Since the reform and opening up, China's pre-school education personnel training has gradually been on the right track and has achieved remarkable achievements. Various educational institutions, including undergraduate colleges, higher vocational colleges, and secondary vocational colleges, have created diverse and content-rich talent training programs in the training of pre-school education talents, and have established distinctive dance art education courses. It is of vital importance to improve the quality of preschool education in China and to improve the scientific and cultural level of preschool children and comprehensive literary accomplishments. Under the background of advocating comprehensive and comprehensive cultural quality, the dance art teaching “starting from the doll” is particularly important, and all of this must rely on the improvement of the level of preschool education talent dance art and the level of dance teaching. For higher vocational colleges, the practical talents they have trained in the front line of pre-school education, offering dance courses in pre-school education, and gradually upgrading the status of dance courses have become the mainstream choices of the current major vocational colleges. . Therefore, this paper studies the setting of pre-school education dance courses in vocational colleges, and tries to find out the problems in the management of dance teaching in pre-school education, so as to provide suggestions for effectively improving the quality of preschool teachers. This article is based on the study of the pre-school education professional dance curriculum in vocational colleges. Based on the Weifang Engineering Vocational College, this paper conducts relevant empirical investigations for this research. Efforts were made to analyze the current situation of the dance courses offered by the school in pre-school education, and to analyze the practical problems such as the incomplete teaching content, the lack of children's dance creation ability, the limitations of teachers' conditions, and the lack of dance theory knowledge. As far as the existing practical experience is concerned, it can be said that the above problems exist not only in the pre-school education of the “Weifang Engineering VocationaCollege”, but also in the pre-school of the second-tier and below cities. Common problems in the setting of educational professional dance courses. On this basis, combined with the actual situation of the school and the advanced theory and advanced practical experience in the field of dance education and teaching, this article from the promotion of dance teaching content, strengthen the practice of dance creation ability, improve the level of teachers in the creation of children's dance, set up science The four aspects of the dance curriculum evaluation put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the problems existing in the pre-school education professional dance courses in higher vocational colleges, in order to make up for the shortcomings in the dance art education in pre-school education in higher vocational colleges in China.
