近年来企业社会责任这个话题越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注,学者对于社会责任的研究使得其内涵和范围逐渐扩大,更有学者提出了将如沙子一般松散的社会责任结合行业的特性和外部环境的变化进行整合使其成为企业社会责任战略。自20世纪末电子游戏从西方传入中国以来其发展可谓日新月异,电子游戏采用的技术较之十余年前不可同日而语,产值和用户规模每年都有着爆炸式的增长,整个游戏行业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势。但游戏企业在其经营过程的无序竞争、低俗营销等问题尤为严重,而游戏产品中充斥着的黄、赌等不良因素以及其类似于精神鸦片的特性也使得社会公众对其极为抵触尤其是各位家长更是对其深恶痛绝。与此同时,由于消费者鉴赏游戏的能力与日俱进,游戏产品的更新缓慢、互相抄袭、换汤不换药等弊病越来越受到玩家的诟病,如何转变游戏研发方向,保证消费者的满意度也成为了一个值得思考的问题。在满足消费者的同时还需要使游戏企业能够满足其各利益相关者的各自需求,使得他们能与游戏企业达到共赢从而推动游戏企业的发展。而鉴于企业资源的有限,企业很难做到让所有利益相关者都达到极高的满意度,那么游戏企业应该结合其所在行业及自身情况在符合相关法律法规的前提下,选择数个方面进行重点突破,从而取得更好的成效,这就是游戏企业社会责任战略制定与实施的意义所在。本文结合了相关理论进行论证之后,认为企业社会责任战略应该包括战略计划的构建、战略计划的实施与评价、奖励与惩罚以及必要的监督等步骤,而战略计划的制订是其中的核心,以绿色游戏的开发、尊重客户账号与虚拟财产、将慈善与人才储备相结合、员工和用户关怀、发扬光大爱心联盟、合理的对游戏开发商进行利益让渡等具体措施来高度满足消费者、股东、员工、游戏开发商的需求,从而使社会责任的履行更有效率,为游戏企业的发展带来更强的持续竞争力。 |

In recent years, the topic of corporate social responsibility has been paid more and more attention from all sectors of society, research on the social responsibility of the meaning and scope gradually expanded, more scholars put forward the changes such as loose sand general social responsibility with the industry characteristics and the external environment of the integration ofthe corporate social responsibility strategy.Since the end of the twentieth Century games since the western development is China change rapidly, electronic game use technology compared with ten years ago cannot be mentioned in the same breath , output and the user scale every year with the explosive growth of the gaming industry , showing a booming trend. But the game in the enterprise business process of disorderly competition, vulgar marketing problem is particularly serious , sexy, gambling and other adverse factors and game products with characteristics similar to the spirit and the Opium also makes public thevery conflict especially parents is the deeply bad pain.At the same time, because of the ability of consumers appreciate the gameand all into, the game product update slow, copying each other, a superficial reform, more and more people to change the game player, game development direction, to ensure customer satisfaction has become a worththinking problems.To meet the consumers also need to make the game companies to meet their respective needs of the various stakeholders, so that they can achieve a win-win situation with the game enterprises so as to promote thedevelopment of game business. Given the limited resources of theenterprise, the enterprise is very difficult to do so that all stakeholders canachieve very high satisfaction, then the game companies should becombined with the industry and its status in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, select the number of breakthroughs in key areas, so as toget a better effect, this is the game of corporate social responsibility strategyformulation and implementation of the significance of.This paper demonstrated the theory, that the social responsibility of the enterprise strategy should include the strategic plan of the construction,implementation and evaluation of the strategic plan, reward and punishmentand the necessary supervision and other steps, and strategic planning is one of the core, in order to develop, green game respect customer accountand virtual property, the kindness and the combination of talent reserve,employees and customers care, carry forward the union of love, the game developer interests demisability concrete measures to meet the consumers,shareholders, employees, game developers demand, so that the implementation of social responsibility is more efficient, sustainable competitive advantage for the development of the game more enterprises. |
