社会工作在职业要求中强调极高的实践性。社会工作的目标是为了将社会工作理论和方法应用到实际之中，为解决社会问题提供更好的范式，从而对社会和谐发展做出良好的促进作用。所以在高等教育学校对未来专业社工人才进行培养时，社工学生进入专业社会工作事务所进行为期几个月的实习成为一门必修课。社会工作实习这门必修学分，不仅可以让社会工作学生更好的将社工理论应用到实务过程中，还可以让社工学生在实习过程中体会到社工在社会中的位置、真实的社会工作职业环境，并让学生自身在实务中的得到成长。 本文通过访谈法对北京两家社会工作机构中的实习生和机构工作人员进行了研究，对高校的社工学生在社会工作机构工作期间面临的问题进行了资料收集和分析。 通过分析，主要本文分为三个部分。第一部分为社会工作学生在实习产生的问题及困境现状分析，其中包括工作内容、工作关系两个方面困境，工作内容体现在工作技能不足、工作伦理欠缺、自主学习方面缺乏科学性和方法性这几个方面，工作关系主要从劳务补贴，社工机构的组织安排以及安全保障、工作环境展开阐述。本文的第二部分为社会工作学生在实习期间其困境产生的原因，在实习生制度方面中体现为社工机构制度不明朗、社工实习生制度的更新较慢、学校专业督导不足三方面因素；在实习生支持方面，主要包括机构在劳务和培训中支持不足，学校督导提供的支持能力有限并且专业性也有所欠缺。最后在实习生主体方面，主要体现为本身角色认知不清、本身对社工职业期待不高等方面的内容。本文的第三部分旨在论述如何解决此类困境，仍从专业社工机构、学院层面、和实习生方面进行周详对策分析。

Social work emphasizes high practicality in professional requirements. The goal of social work is to apply social work theories and methods to practice, to provide a better paradigm for solving social problems, and thus to promote the harmonious development of society. Therefore, when higher education schools train future professional workers, it is a compulsory course for social workers to enter professional social work firms for a few months of internships. This paper conducts research on interns and institutional staff in two social work institutions in Beijing through interviews, and collects and analyzes the dilemmas encountered by social work professional interns during internships. Through analysis, the main paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the analysis of the problems and dilemmas of social work students in the internship, including the dilemma of work content and work relationship. It is reflected in the lack of work skills, lack of work ethics, lack of scientific and methodological autonomous learning, etc. Discussion. The second part is the reasons for the dilemma of social work students during the internship period, including the inconsistency of the social work institution system in the interns system, the slower update of the social work intern system, and the lack of professional supervision of the school. In terms of interns support, the main reasons are the lack of support in the labor and training of the institutions, the limited support provided by the school supervisors and the lack of professionalism. Finally, in terms of the intern theme, there are contents such as the unclear understanding of the role and the low expectations of the social work profession. The third part is how to solve such dilemmas, and still carry out detailed countermeasure analysis from professional social work institutions,college level,and interns.
