从2012年开始，网络文学网站的热门作品改编成电视剧、电影的潮流在影视圈内悄然升起。到了2014年，由于制作成本低、自带流量和粉丝等，网络文学作品被改编成其他形式的风潮日益升温，到目前为止以网络文学为核心的泛娱乐产业链已经初步形成。然而，这种产业链是如何从最初的免费分享网络文学的平台一步步发展到现在成为一条泛娱乐产业链，它又是怎样运营的呢？本文通过研究《琅琊榜》——一个近年来国内网络文学产业链运营模式的代表作的运营策略，见微知著，来探索我国网络文学产业链运营模式的成功之处，并对我国网络文学产业链未来的运营模式进行展望。

Since 2012, the trend that popular products from online literature website are adapted into TV series or films is quietly rising in show business. By 2014, since the low production cost, carrying click rates and fans itself and other reasons, this trend has being growing day by day. So far, the pan-entertainment industry chain with network literature as the core has formed preliminarily. However, how have those free sharing platforms of network literature developed into a pan-entertainment industry chain and how is this chain operating? In this paper, through the study of operating strategy of "Nirvana in Fire" - a representative from the domestic network literature industry chain operating pattern in the recent few years, we explore the success of network literature industry chain business model of China and look forward to the future operating mode of domestic network literature industry chain.
