艺术体操作为结合了艺术与体育的运动项目,逐渐受到大众、学生群体的喜爱,在 “体育、艺术2+1项目”提倡的基础下,《中国学生艺术体操技术等级规定动作》得以面向全体学生颁布及推广。其内容按难易程度划分为10个级别,将艺术体操身体动作及器械动作,按由简到难逐渐递进的顺序编排构成。在成套中,除基本动作外,音乐作为成套动作编排中不可缺少的因素,是培养学生音乐内涵及情感表达的重要环节,也是学生综合能力发展的奠基。研究以《中国学生艺术体操技术等级规定动作》1-6级的12套音乐为研究对象,运用文献资料法、录像音乐解析法、数理统计法及专家问卷调查进行综合研究,从12首音乐的整体构成、音乐配合成套动作与器械的分析、音乐剪辑分析下,进行音乐编排特征研究,旨在为艺术体操音乐的分析上提出进一步的研究思路,对等级动作音乐选编上提出具体的意见,从而为教练员选择音乐提供参考,以及为促进我国艺术体操项目的普及提供帮助。
研究结果表明:
1.等级成套动作音乐具有以舞曲为主的风格特征;以4/4拍节奏类型、快板及小快板速度类型居多的旋律特点;乐器的音域特点主要以中、高音区的演奏为主;以多样的音乐调式呈现出了音乐的地域特征,其中多以西方的键盘乐、管弦乐演奏特色为主,并以无歌词演唱曲目较多。音乐构成的种类丰富多样、旋律的难易及复杂度在不同曲目上均有体现,如一级的简单节奏舞曲《声势律动》,以及六级的复杂节奏交响乐曲《天鹅湖》。
2.根据音乐特征分别对徒手及器械操进行分析得出:徒手操音乐节奏变化单一,配合动作级别难度的增加,音乐节拍的复杂、速度的变化、旋律的起伏转换等并未有所加难;器械操受不同器械特点的影响,音乐风格及体裁多样,但带有民族特点及民族乐器的音乐使用较少,仅占总乐曲数的16.6%。12套音乐中,部分专家提出五级徒手操音乐节奏节拍不清晰、音色质量较差,一级徒手操和球操、六级带操的音乐在选择和编排上相对较好,能够体现出音乐与器械结合的特点。
3. 整体的音乐剪辑方式较单一,所有级别的曲目仅对一首原曲目进行拼接剪辑,没有出现多曲音乐的拼接、原创音乐或是改编音乐出现,并且,五级音乐在拼接中还出现有衔接突兀、戛然而止、以及部分节奏混乱的情况。除此外,由专家反馈提出音乐随动作难度提高时,音乐本身的节奏、速度等结构也应逐渐加难、复杂,而现行的等级动作成套音乐在剪辑中并未体现出来。所以,对等级成套动作中音乐剪辑与编创上考虑并不全面,还有进一步完善的空间。

Under the promotion of the “Sports and Art 2+1 Project”, the “Chinese Students’ Rhythmic Gymnastics Technical Level Regulations” has been issued for all students. Promotion. In the complete set, in addition to the basic actions, music as an indispensable factor in the arrangement of complete sets of movements is an important part of cultivating students' musical connotation and emotional expression, and also the foundation for the development of students' comprehensive ability. The study studied 12 sets of music of 1-6 grades in "Chinese Students' Artistic Gymnastics Technical Levels", using literature materials, video music analysis, mathematical statistics and expert questionnaires for comprehensive research, from 12 music Based on the overall composition, music analysis and instrument analysis, and music editing analysis, the study of music arrangement characteristics is carried out, aiming to put forward further research ideas for the analysis of rhythmic gymnastics music, and put forward specific opinions on the selection of grade action music. Research indicates:
1. The level of set action music has the style characteristics of dance music; the melody features of 4/4 beat rhythm type, Allegro and small Allegro speed type; the range characteristics of the instrument are mainly played in the middle and high range; A variety of music styles show the regional characteristics of music, most of which are dominated by Western keyboard music and orchestral performances, and there are more songs without lyrics. The variety of music composition, the difficulty and complexity of melody are reflected in different tracks, such as the first-level simple rhythm dance "Sound Rhythm", and the six-level complex rhythm symphony "Swan Lake".
2. According to the characteristics of music, the analysis of freehand and instrumental operation shows that the rhythm of freehand music is single, with the increase of difficulty level of action, the complexity of music beat, the change of speed, the fluctuation of melody, etc. The instrument is influenced by the characteristics of different instruments, and the music style and genre are diverse, but the music with national characteristics and national musical instruments is used less, accounting for only 16.6% of the total number of music. Among the 12 sets of music, the experts proposed that the music of the fifth-level freehand music is not clear and the quality of the sound is poor. The music of the first-level freehand exercise and the ball exercise, and the six-level exercise are relatively good in the selection and arrangement, which can reflect the music. Features combined with instruments.
3. The overall music editing method is relatively simple. All the tracks of the level only splicing and editing one original track, there is no splicing of the poly music, original music or adapted music appears, and the five-level music also appears in the splicing. There are situations in which the convergence is sudden, the abrupt end, and some of the rhythms are confusing. Experts have suggested that when the difficulty of music increases with the difficulty of the movement, the structure of the rhythm and speed of the music itself should be gradually added and complicated, and the current music is not reflected.
