本研究以偶像与粉丝的拟亲密关系为研究切入视角,以滚雪球的抽样方式选取Bubble订阅天数超过100天的粉丝作为受访者进行半结构化访谈,从Bubble使用动机与影响因素、拟亲密关系的形成过程、Bubble使用的利弊三个方面进行提问,同时对Bubble社群进行参与式观察,以此探究Bubble中偶像与粉丝的新型关系。

通过对访谈文本的编码和主题分析发现,Bubble的界面设计、偶像的个人表现以及粉丝的情感需求是影响Bubble使用动机和行为的主要因素。Bubble打造的私密互动空间以及偶像的自我展露,是偶像与粉丝建立拟亲密关系的重要原因。Bubble在给粉丝带去强烈情绪价值与身份特权感的同时,也会在一定程度上引发偶像失格行为,不利于粉丝群体的身心健康发展。Bubble中偶像与粉丝的“亲密”终究是偶像工业为迎合粉丝消费者所营造出的甜蜜假象,珍惜现实生活中的人际关系,不过度沉迷于Bubble,才是更为理智的追星方式。

外文摘要:

With the rapid development of the mobile Internet, idols are no longer mysterious figures that fans admire from afar but objects that they can communicate with each other on public social media. The emergence of Bubble provides a new space for fan-idol interaction, helping to build a new type of intimate relationship between idols and fans.

This study focuses on the formation of the quasi-intimacy between fans and idols, using semi-structured interviews and participant observation as the main research methods, and selecting fans who have been subscribing to Bubble for more than 100 days as interviewees by snowball sampling, asking questions from three aspects: the motivation for and factors influencing the use of Bubble, the process of the formation of the quasi-intimacy, and the advantages and disadvantages of the use of Bubble, to explore the new type of relationship between idols and fans in Bubble.

Through the thematic analysis of the interview texts, it is found that the interface design of Bubble, the personal performance of idols and the emotional needs of fans are the main factors influencing the motives and behaviors of Bubble use. The virtual intimate relationship between idols and fans is established through the creation of a private interactive space by Bubble and the self-exposure of idols. While Bubble brings fans a strong sense of emotional value and identity privilege, it also triggers idol misbehavior to a certain extent, which is not conducive to fans’ physical and mental health. The "intimacy" between idols and their fans in Bubble is ultimately an illusion created by the idol industry to cater to the fans, and it is more sensible for the fans to cherish real-life interpersonal relationships and not to be over-indulged in Bubble.
