随着我国快递服务业的对外开放,世界知名的快递企业纷纷进入中国市场,使得处于发展阶段的民营快递企业受到来自外资企业和国有快递企业的双重压力。新邮政法的实施,进一步压缩了民营快递企业的生存空间。在机遇与挑战并存的条件下讨论民营快递业的竞争力及战略选择问题是十分必要的。本文首先通过对民营快递企业的现状进行分析,提出建立民营快递战略联盟的必要性。其次通过对两家民营快递企业在京网点布局分析,提出建立民营快递战略联盟的可行性。运用战略联盟理论,从资源整合的角度,对我国快递战略联盟的形成进行探索。快递企业可以通过资源整合、服务整合和信息共享形成契约式联盟,共同取得市场经营地位的联盟。最后从联盟伙伴的选择、企业联盟的组织模式和运作模式探讨快递战略联盟的维系与建立。同时从联盟信任、联盟协调、文化培育和利益分配等方面展开对快递战略联盟运行机制的研究。
外文摘要:
With the opening-up of the express delivery service industry, more and more world-famous express delivery enterprises have been stationed in China. Chinese private express delivery enterprises at the stage of development are under siege from foreign invested and state-owned competitors. Their living space is being compressed and becomes smaller and smaller after the implement of China Postal Law(Revised). Now, it is necessary to discuss the issue of Chinese private express delivery enterprises’ competitive power and strategy selection under the circumstance of opportunity and challenge going hand in hand. Before pointing out the necessity of establishing Chinese private express delivery strategic alliance, the thesis first surveys the status quo of these enterprises. Next, with use of the Theory of Strategic Alliance, the thesis expounds the feasibility by analyzing the service network layout of two private express delivery enterprises in Beijing. It is stated that Chinese private express delivery enterprises should establish a Contract Alliance to have a position in the market by integrating their resources, services and sharing their information with each other. Finally, the thesis discusses at length how to establish and maintain the private express delivery strategic alliance from the perspective of partners selection, the organizational patterns and operating styles of strategic alliance. Meanwhile, the thesis makes a study on the operating mechanisms of the Alliance based on analyzing mutual trust, coordination, culture cultivation and benefit distribution among the alliance enterprises.
