研究目的:身体稳定性在体育舞蹈项目中具有极其重要的作用,核心力量训练能够对身体稳定性产生积极的影响,而研究证实呼吸是影响身体稳定性的重要因素之一,在运动过程中对呼吸的调整和控制能够在一定程度上改善身体稳定性。因此,本研究将呼吸训练融入到核心力量训练过程中,设计个性化的体育舞蹈专项核心力量联合呼吸训练方案,以探讨该训练模式对体育舞蹈练习者身体稳定性及专项技能的影响。

研究方法:研究主要采用实验法,招募河南省郑州市体育舞蹈艺考机构38名体育舞蹈艺考生作为研究对象,均为女生,年龄17.26±0.60岁,身高164.32±4.51cm,体重51.46±5.06kg,实验组24人,对照组14人,两组基本情况差异不具有统计学意义,符合分组标准。在体育舞蹈训练的体能环节中,实验组进行核心力量联合呼吸训练,每周5次,每次30min,持续8周;对照组进行同等时间的自由呼吸方式的核心力量训练,对呼吸方式不进行控制。实验前后对研究对象进行形态、机能、身体稳定性和专项技能指标测试,并对所获数据进行统计学处理。

研究结果:(1)肺活量:干预前实验组和对照组肺活量同质;干预前后两组肺活量水平显著提高(实验组P<0.01;对照组P<0.05);且干预后实验组显著高于对照组(P=0.042<0.05),表明实验组的运动干预方式对肺活量提升的幅度更明显。

(2)身体稳定性:干预前实验组和对照组身体稳定性指标均同质。干预后实验组核心静态稳定性水平均高于对照组,两组八级腹桥和五级侧桥分数差异具有非常显著性(P<0.01);干预前后实验组YBT(Y-balance test)综合值变化量都显著大于对照组(P<0.05),实验组动态稳定性整体水平提升更大;干预前后实验组动态稳定性极限水平均有所改善,对照组动态稳定性极限水平部分指标结果有所改善,其中实验组YBT-UQ(Upper Quarter Y-Balance Test)最大伸展距离变化量差异显著高于对照组(P<0.01),表明实验组动态核心稳定性的极限水平提高幅度更大。

(3)专项技能:干预前后实验组转体类、跳跃类、控制类和胯部基本步专项技能水平均显著提高(P<0.01),对照组部分指标水平显著提高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。干预后实验组转体类指标除右侧平转外(P>0.05),水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);跳跃类指标中右侧牛仔踢腿和左侧大跳水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05);控制类指标除右腿后侧控腿外(P>0.05),水平均高于对照组(P<0.01);胯部基本步分数均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。

研究结论:(1)核心力量联合呼吸训练可以调动腹部深层肌肉,显著提高体育舞蹈练习者的静态稳定性、动态稳定性综合水平和极限水平,其中上肢动态稳定性的极限水平的改善最明显。

(2)核心力量联合呼吸训练能够通过增强体育舞蹈练习者的身体稳定性,提高专项技能水平,呼吸训练在其中起着增强核心力量训练影响身体稳定性效果的作用。

外文摘要:

Research objectives: Body stability plays an extremely important role in sports dance events. Core strength training can have a positive impact on body stability, and research has proved that breathing is one of the important factors affecting body stability. Adjustment and control of breathing during exercise can improve body stability to a certain extent. Therefore, in this study, breathing training was integrated into the process of core strength training, and personalized core strength combined breathing training program was designed for sports dance, so as to explore the influence of this training mode on the physical stability and specific skills of sports dance practitioners.

Research methods: The study mainly adopted the experimental method, recruited 38 dance sport candidates from Zhengzhou Dance sport Examination Institution in Henan Province as the research objects, all female, age 17.26±0.60 years old, height 164.32±4.51cm, weight 51.46±5.06kg, experimental group 24, control group 14. The difference of basic information between the two groups was not statistically significant, which met the grouping criteria. In the physical link of dance sport training, the experimental group underwent core strength combined breathing training, 5 times a week, 30 minutes each time, lasting 8 weeks. The control group received core strength training in free breathing mode for the same time, and the breathing mode was not controlled. Morphological, functional, physical stability and specialized skills were tested before and after the experiment, and the obtained data were statistically processed.

Results: (1) Vital capacity: the vital capacity of the experimental group and the control group was the same before intervention; The vital capacity of both groups was significantly increased before and after the intervention (The experimental group P<0.01, Control group P<0.05); After intervention, the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P=0.042<0.05), exercise intervention had more significant effect on the increase of vital capacity in the experimental group.

(2) Physical stability: The physical stability indexes of the experimental group and the control group were homogeneous before intervention. After intervention, the level of core static stability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the scores of grade 8 abdominal bridge and grade 5 lateral bridge were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.01); Before and after intervention, the change of YBT (Y-balance test) in the experimental group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P<0.05), the overall level of dynamic stability of the experimental group increased more; Before and after intervention, the limit level of dynamic stability of the experimental group was improved, and some indexes of the limit level of dynamic stability of the control group were improved. The maximum extension distance of the experimental group YBT-UQ (Upper Quarter Y-Balance Test) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01), indicating that the limit level of dynamic core stability of the experimental group increased more.

(3) Special skills: Special skills of twisting, jumping, controlling and crotch basic steps were significantly improved in the experimental group before and after intervention (P<0.01), some indexes of control group were significantly increased (P<0.01, P<0.05). After intervention, all the indexes of the experimental group except right lateral rotation (P<0.05), were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05); The levels of right cowboy kick and left big jump were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01, P<0.05); Control index except right rear side control leg (P<0.05), were higher than control group (P<0.01); The hip basic step score was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01).

Conclusion: (1) Core strength combined breathing training can mobilize the deep abdominal muscles and significantly improve the static stability, dynamic stability and ultimate level of sports dance practitioners, among which the upper limb dynamic stability of the ultimate level of improvement is the most obvious.

(2) Core strength combined breathing training can enhance the physical stability of sports dance practitioners and improve the level of special skills. Breathing training plays a role in enhancing the effect of core strength training on body stability.
